Decent tour but much of what was promised not delivered. No locker room, no running through tunnel and they wouldn't let us into museum after tour even though our tickets clearly said it was included.
We loved the stadium and museum both were cool to see. However, Viator didn’t notify us that we wouldn’t be able to see the locker room and the field due to a concert in town.
One of the very best stadium tours I’ve done. The guide was fantastic, engaging & knowledgable. Lasted well over 2 hours, received a free scarf & a free fridge magnet. Overall 10/10
My son and I do a lot of stadium tours and were excited to go to Benfica. However, the tour fell short our expectations. Whilst the information shared was good, the tour guide lacked enthusiasm and did not engage with us unless we asked questions. There was little energy and lots of walking between places with no talking. It was also unfortunate that the pitch was stripped back, lots of work going on in side so we had very limited view of changing rooms and back room bits. Althought the sacrf was a nice touch and the photos taken were good (we didn't purchase them though due to price) it didn't stack up against other stadium tours we have done.
A great tour in a great stadium!!! An amazing museum. Just wow! Recommend to all football lovers, and even to those who are just curious!
So fun! Our family of 4 took this tour… ages 20, 22, 49, and 52 on a Friday morning. Loved all the stops and the tart was the best! Hugo was a great tour guide!
Bia was amazing, great banter throughout, would love her instagram x
We were there this morning as a family. The guide is available only in English or Portuguese. Ours was a mixed nationality group... The guide spoke WAY too quickly... a suggestion for the future: speak more slowly or provide audio guides in various languages. So unfortunately, I would give the tour a failing grade. What significantly raises the average is the museum... truly noteworthy.
Make sure if you buy a combo ticket that #1 the museum is open and #2 that the Stadium tour is more than a half hour...
We pre booked this tour via Trip Advisor for a specific day. We were then told on arrival that the vast majority of the tour could not be carried out due to the breakdown of the Bad Bunny concert which had taken place 2 days before. This meant we didn’t get to see the dressing rooms, press conference rooms, pitch access tunnels, go on the pitch or see the resident eagles. My 8 year old son was sobbing with disappointment as he was so excited to see everything and we were just told because we’d booked through a third party there was nothing they could do, which is not good enough as they would’ve known about the concert months in advance. The tour consisted of looking at a couple of models of the stadium, sitting in the stands then a VR experience, which was ok, but it was nothing like what we had paid for. Overall it was very disappointing and we are seeking a refund, as we did not receive anything like what was advertised.
