My wife and I did four half day and one full day private tours with Luis in Sintra and Lisbon Luis also handled our airport transfers and transfers between hotels I have some mobility issues and Luis was exceptional at modifying the tours and making special arrangements to accommodate my mobility challenges Luis’s English is excellent; his knowledge is great; and he is reliable, efficient and friendly I cannot speak highly enough about the positive impact Luis had on our trip. We also did the Lisbon at night/Fado experience, which was good, but not great. The food for the Fado show was average. But other than that, everything with ‘seconds and minutes’ was great. If you are coming to Portugal, I highly recommend engaging ‘’seconds and minutes’ and requesting Luis. You won’t be disappointed

We had a fantastic time & were extremely well looked after during our trip. Americo, our tour guide, went above & beyond to ensure our needs were met. Within a day, we had the privilege of seeing the best of Lisbon & its outskirts. Such a wonderful experience!!

Do not pass up the opportunity to tour Lisbon and Sintra with Carlos. He is the best and provided the most wonderful experience for me including some stops that I requested and he did not blink an eye when I asked. In addition, I was comfortable all day and appreciated the lovely and clean van and his awesome driving skills! What a gem!

The tour was excellent, provided us to know much of Lisbon, both the old and modern side of the city, as well as Sintra, knowing also the history of all the places visited, thanks to the vast knowledge and good will of our guide, the red Fabíola. Excellent professional, patient, competent, attentive, punctual, responsible and very good driver. His engagement with us was perfect, he became practically a member of the group, guiding and animating us all the time. Me and my group did 3 days tour with the guide Ruiva in Portugal. We had an excellent experience. In addition to passing on precious knowledge that made us travel in time and learn more about our own origins, the guide also brought joy, sympathy, animation and astral high to the group, which made all the difference. I also can’t forget Antonio, who responded to my emails very promptly and did everything to solve the impasse that arose in the script, ensuring that our trip was a success! We originally planned to take a train and do this trip on our own. Then we spoke with a Portuguese woman who suggested we get a private driver/guide. We hired Hugo from Heart & Soul Tours. Best money we spent and really a high light of our 3 week trip! He picked us up at our hotel, drove and explained history of Portugal, got us in before the crowds and took us through. I highly recommend!!

If I had rented a car, we would not see 1/3 of Lisbon or Cascais or Sintra and surroundings. Fabíola, our escort, excellent driver and knows everything. Car very well kept and clean. The online service of António, also very good and enlightening.

<p>Carlos was dignified, friendly, caring and an expert on his country. He was very helpful with my husbands mobility scooter. Without this private tour, we would not have been able to see half of the city. We will continue to try for more viator tours.</p>
