Have to by audio portion separate and download another app on your phone. I needed help with getting into the app as it wouldn’t accept my email address. We ended up not going to the castle because there wasn’t anyone available that could help me. The tour in the castle was non refundable so we were out that expense.

Scam—ticket didn’t work. It had someone else name and another date. Total scam. Waste of time. Avoid this company at all costs. I’ll be doing a chargeback.

However, we understand that some customers prefer not to provide their names for privacy reasons, and that's completely fine with us. In such cases, we issue tickets under our CEO's name, as they have signed the agreements with the venues. Can you please clarify if you provided us with your real name? Please note that the TripAdvisor voucher is not an entry ticket. If you attempted to use it for admission, this could be why entry was denied. The castle was very interesting along with the museum within it. It also has several peacocks roaming free around within the castle.The views were amazing. Be aware though it is at the top of a hill and it is a climb to get to it.

This offers some fantastic views of the city! Also in the castle grounds, there are a lot of peacocks which were so cute! I would recommend doing the self guided tour so that you can move around the ground at your own pace!

Very interesting castle, well maintained. A great view of the city from all areas of the platform. There weren't many commentary signs around the castle and more information would've been nice to provide context to what we were seeing. Spent a few hours here, recommend good footwear with a grip as there are a lot of uneven stone walkways & steps.

The phones are useless, 2 of them do not work and are out of service, they do not respond to emails and it is as if the property only existed in photos, maybe fake.

This was very misleading as it’s advertised as an E-ticket, it seems to imply entry. However, it does not include the entry ticket so we had to purchase that separately upon arrival to the castle.

Very disappointed the ticket counter at the Castle would not accept our ViaTour voucher. We had to pay an additional entrance fee to access the castle after a long walk up to the park. I believe the personnel at the Castle need to be trained to accept such vouchers from touring groups or the tour should be taken off the ViaTour website. Thankfully ViaTour has indicated a refund is in process.

Save your money and time . This place is not worth it your time or your money. Some walls and nothing else. Get few beers instead and you’ll be happier.
