Car was clean, was on time, and friendly
I had an excellent experience with this limo service. My driver was professional, courteous, and made me feel completely at ease after a long flight into Logan. The car was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Most importantly, the ride was secure and on time, getting me straight to my daughter’s apartment without any stress or delays. Everything ran smoothly from pickup to drop-off, and I truly appreciated the reliability. I will definitely be using this service again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for dependable transportation

They were very professional & helpful. Left multiple messages via text to explain in detail when they left, when they arrived, & where they were parked exactly in the airport. JR Limo is the place to call if you need a sophisticated and classy car service. It’s that simple! I have used other car services for white glove service and they don’t even come close to JR. As the owner, Jean truly cares about delivering top-notch service. His drivers are polite, professional, ALWAYS on time, they drive with care and the vehicles are super clean and luxury vehicles. I love myself a good Subaru but I can’t ever complain driving in their fleet! I like to sleep on my way to the airport and I appreciate that Jean tries to send the vehicle where I can do that. Yes, I am “the blanket girl”…I whip out my blanket and snooze right across the backseat with some soft music playing in the background. It’s the best ride ever to the airport when it’s 4am and you are tired!! The drivers Jean hires are all exceptional. Eddie always takes good care of me; Junior, Rafael, Diego…the list goes on. Very clean car with complimentary waters. Driver was not very friendly. Did not receive much communication at time of pick up. Had a hard time finding driver.
