Vi hämtar dig från ditt hotell för att bege oss till Historic Center, där vi börjar vår promenad och första stoppet kommer att vara Central Market där vi lär oss om den lokala kulturen hos vårt folk. Efter marknaden beger vi oss till Limas största kyrka, San Franciskus av Assisi där vi kommer att utforska de kusliga katakomberna. Efter det började vi gå genom många populära gator där vi kan se kontrasten mellan koloniala kyrkor, herrgårdar, balkonger och moderna butiker fram till ankomsten till Stora torget i Lima. Avsluta turen på San Martín Plaza, där vi firar Perús självständighet 1821.

This was a bilingual tour. The guide Klaudia spoke good English and provided good information. We went to the Mercado and it was interesting to see local fruits and vegetables. She introduced us to the chirimoya fruit which we got to taste. The visit to the catacombs was a little morbid, but interesting. Centre of Lima has several beautiful buildings and churches. All in all was a good tour, giving a quick overview of Lima.
It was a small group so it felt like a private tour. Claudia was knowledgeable and shared lots of good and helpful information to us.
Fantastic tour of Lima if you have a couple of hours to spare. We were really immersed into the history of the historic quarter of Lima. Our guide Klaudia absolutely made it, she was fantastic. Her knowledge of everything from Peru’s history and population, to the weather, the catholic church and even Pisco sours was impressive.
The guide is excellent, has extensive knowledge of the history, and the tour is very enjoyable.
