Christian met us with a sign at the airport with my name on it so it was soooo easy to find him. I texted the WhatsApp number to notify them of our landing and right away someone responded ! We were handed ice cold waters that were much needed as soon as we entered the van. So communicative and so friendly. Definitely will book again for my mother and I.

I did not go. Beware of them. A bunch of thieves. I had a chat with them to schedule pick up, and despite the website's price (115$ for 5 passengers), they wanted 800$!!! See photos of the chat.
100% recommendable!! Great attention from the whole team! From the first contact with Sebastian. I also want to highly recommend and thank Don Alex who was our driver for 5 days!! Super friendly, polite and attentive.

DO NOT BOOK! What is advertised is not what you will get. I ordered luxury private transportation (similar the Sprinter van shown) and was met with someone’s old personal suv. There was zero leg room for our 90 min ride and the bags barely fit in the back. The company customer service rep (NOT Viator) was extremely rude and dismissive when I inquired about a refund. In summary, there are better, more luxurious and more affordable options that i would encourage you to select. Other than this minor mishap, you will LOVE Costa Rica! Pura Vida!

We did the round trip-the way back to the airport was enjoyable although no refreshments (like water) were provided. The pick up from Liberia to Guanacaste was terrifying-our driver did not speak English (even though we requested English speaking) and she would pass 5 trucks at a time. We did not feel safe.

To clarify, our complimentary bottled water is provided only for arrival transfers, not for return trips. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding this. Regarding your concerns about speed, all our vehicles are equipped with GPS trackers and speed limit alerts. Our system prevents drivers from exceeding 90 km/h over the posted limit, and any alerts are immediately flagged. Given these restrictions, we’re unsure how passing five trucks at once would be possible within safe speed limits. We take safety very seriously and always ensure our drivers follow the regulations. We used 506 for transportation from LIR airport to our hotel, the Westin Reserva Conchal, as well as return service to the airport for departure. Both drivers were timely and professional. The vehicles were both clean and comfortable. A water and a beer were offered. Would use them again!

Easy and safe transfer experience. Booked a round trip from the airport to my hotel. Both transfers were on time and seamless. Both drivers were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Would highly recommend this company!
