Lapplands renar Safari från Rovaniemi
Beskrivning
Dyk djupt in i Lapplands vilda vildmark på denna 2-timmars rensafari från Rovaniemi. Klättra upp i din släde med en guide och ta sedan av i de snöiga skogarna när renarna tar täten. Under din slädtur (1,5 km), beundra panoramautsikten över den lappländska landsbygden och lyssna till de rytmiska ljuden av renarnas hovar i snön. Värm upp med en varm drink vid brasan och lyssna sedan när en guide berättar om renarnas roll i den traditionella lappiska kulturen. Denna tur inkluderar tur och retur från Rovaniemi.

Du har en unik möjlighet att lära dig om renar och deras liv. Turister klarar ett prov på att rida på en ren släde och även få ett speciellt ”körkort” utan eventuella åldersbegränsningar eller dopingkontroll. Ta en plats i släde och du är iväg! Blir kall? Du kan värma dig runt en brasa i en koja och njut av en kopp varm juice. I en traditionell lappkoja, du kommer att ”döpas” i i enlighet med alla nordliga regler.
Vi kommer att få en härlig tur runt gården och se renarnas vardag. Guiden berättar om livet på gården och visar dig runt. Gården har mer än 300 års historia bakom sig
Efter rundturen och ceremonin åker vi till Renarturen på släden i skogen - det skulle vara en riktig vintersaga

Very short reindeer ride,about 15 minutes. In December from 3pm, through a dark forest. Reindeer feeding only on the fence. Far too expensive for what's on offer. The promise was 30 minutes.
We got a refund as raindeer trip was shorter then agreed and we were informed about it in advance. Do not recommend trips at night like our which started at 1600. Route is through forest and you bearlly see raindeer infront of your sleigh. Feeding reindeers over a fence is fine and those are wonderful animals but there are farms were you can do it directly with no fence. Information meeting at the end was very informative but we got literally one small pice of cake per person. Generaly we are promised to get refound so we should be happy but to be honest Im not as I'd prefer to get what I paid for and in a way how it was advertised.

This was a wonderful experience on a real working reindeer farm. Our driver Alex was great, knowledgeable about Rovaniemi and provided us with some facts about the reindeer in general. Our tour guide on the farm was wonderful, gave us plenty of time of ask questions and provided us with a lot of information. The location was perfect. The setting for the reindeer safari was picturesque, out in the snowy woods- no one else around and you were on a 15-20 minute ride. Well worth the price and would highly recommend for families and groups alike. Thank you!!

It was fun learning about reindeers and the farmers. I enjoyed the sleigh ride while watching the reindeer’s butt (and the little black “truffles” that came out of it 😂😂😂) and just looking at the snow covered surroundings. Then a bit later our reindeer peed and the guide said “change oil” 😂

Reindeer sleigh experience is rather chill, is a walking speed safari +feeding experience. The farm answer a lot of questions, very interesting to hear how the reindeer farm works.

My partner and I loved this trip. The ride itself is about 15 minutes but you get to see/feed the reindeer and then go back to sit by the fire to warm up with hot drinks and biscuits and learn about the reindeer.
