Vi bjuder in dig att kliva in i vårt unika boutiqueprojekt och upptäcka vad som ligger ”Beyond the Ashes” – ett besök som tar dig till själva själen i vår vingård. Denna upplevelse sträcker sig långt bortom en konventionell tur; det är en resa genom tiden i en exklusiv miljö, som erbjuder en djup inblick i vår filosofi och vulkaniska identitet. Varje hörn av vingården har en historia att berätta. Guidad av en provning av fyra signaturviner, kommer du att upptäcka, i varje not och nyans, historien, engagemanget och vulkaniska karaktären hos landet och de människor som odlar det. Vinprovningen åtföljs av en lätt tilltuggsparning som serveras till varje vin. ”Beyond the Ashes” är en hyllning till våra rötter och en nick till det ikoniska vinet ”Cenizas de Timanfaya” från 1999, som markerade en milstolpe på Kanarieöarna – precis som den vulkaniska askan som formade jorden fortsätter att definiera karaktären hos våra viner idag.

I varje glas kommer du att upptäcka dofter, texturer och nyanser i den vulkaniska terroiren. För att förhöja smakprofilen för varje årgång kommer din vinresa att åtföljas av ett kuraterat urval av lätta söta och salta bitar, perfekt utformade för att balansera vinernas unika mineralitet

We are a small group of friends who wanted to have a winery experience whilst on holiday in Lanzarote. We were not disappointed. It is an amazing tour and Alberto was an amazing host. The location is quite remote so recommend you give your taxi driver the coordinates rather than the address as it was quite difficult to find. I would also recommend that some signage be erected along the main road so it's easy to find. But it was a great afternoon and very interesting. Thank you to Alberto for taking the time to show us around his wonderful winery.

Great setting, lovely, lovingly designed bodega, super nice winemaker and guide and the best: very good to excellent wines for tasting with perfectly matching accompanying snacks. Visiting this family-run winery was easily one of the most memorable parts of our time in Lanzarote. There is something so unique about the volcanic landscape there, but what really made the experience stand out was the genuine warmth of the family. From the moment we arrived, we felt like guests rather than just another tour group. The tour itself was perfectly paced—very relaxed and insightful without ever feeling like a lecture. It was fascinating to see how they work with the land, and you can tell there is a lot of pride and history in what they do. The tasting was the highlight, of course; the wines were excellent, and enjoyed in such a peaceful, beautiful setting. If you're looking for an experience that feels authentic, personal, and away from the typical tourist crowds, I can't recommend this enough. It was an effortless, lovely way to spend a few hours soaking up the local culture and some fantastic wine.
