Lake Tahoe Lakeside Cykeluthyrning

We enjoyed it a lot. We had so much fun riding the e bikes along the East Shore Trail. We will definitely do it next time visiting Lake Tahoe. It’s totally worth it.

Do not book with them! We booked two e-bikes, but when we showed up, they didn't have any e-bikes available because they overbooked them. They then refused to refund us, claiming the booking was "subject to availability". At no point during the booking did they say they might not have e-bikes available when we showed up; if they did we would not have booked here. They were extremely rude about the whole issue - book with another e-bike rental place to make sure you actually have a bike when you show up!

Bikes were easy to learn, they were fast when they needed to be and steady. Several great photo opportunities

Parked at the Hyatt Regency and got a parking voucher (so parking is free). eBikes were in great shape and easy to use. Had a rack on the back for my backpack and bike locks in the front handlebar pouch. We arrived around 9:30AM and brought the bikes back around 4 - loved every minute of it! We first rode the bike path (Tahoe East Shore Trail) down to Sands Beach. Absolutely beautiful views!! Paid $2/person to ride our bikes into the beach area just to check it out. Rode back up to the Hyatt area and around North Lake Tahoe neighborhoods checking out the beautiful area and homes. Also rode the serene bike path that took us by Billionaires' row (WOW homes!!). We then decided to ride back down to Sands Beach (showed my receipt so we didn't have to repay the $2/person). We locked our bikes up at the bike rack near the bar/restaurant in Sands Beach, got a couple of drinks, and just hung out at the beach for a bit. There was a place to rent SUPS and kayaks further down the path from the bar/restaurant, but the line to rent was long so we chose to skip. We then rode back up to the Hyatt to return the bikes. It was our favorite day and activity of the trip - looking forward to bringing our teenagers next time!

The bikes were wonderful! The ride to Sand Harbor was amazing and so beautiful! Billionares Row was gorgeous. If you plan to go to Kings Beach be aware that you will be biking on a busy highway with narrow bike lanes.

Amazing views along the lake. The E-bikes were key to see so much in a short amount of time esp up hill!

Took my parents to rent bikes from this place last weekend, fantastic experience! Friendly staff who were happy to answer any questions, very knowledgeable of the area. Rental comes with everything you need from bike, to helmet, to lock! The trail really is worth the couple of small hills as your right along the lake with plenty of beach access and beautiful views. Sand Harbor was also a really fun spot, will be spending a full day out there next time!

Our primary activity on this trip. It was an exhilarating ride to take out to the sandy harbor beach. Highly recommend the electric bikes - well worth the extra money. They give youbhelents so there's really nothing you need to bring except a great attitude! Top notch.
