The boat was comfortable and the captain was very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our trip, the views are beautiful and the experience was perfect.
This was an amazing experience -- beautiful, romantic and eye-opening. We'd certainly do it again. It was lovely.
Will was a great captain! Relaxing boat ride with great views and hearing about the lake from an Austin native. Pointed out a few celebrities houses also.

Captain Joseph is just awesome and made the experience 100x better than we expected. My sister and I took our parents along with my niece and nephew for a sunset cruise and they all had a blast! 10/10 would recommend and I know for sure we will book again! Beautiful scenery!
Captain Jeff did an awesome job. He was very friendly, funny and knowledgeable of the place. He left no table unturned where showing us all major points of interest was concerned. We will definitely come back.
*We did not get to do the boat tour.* The weather was rainy (with lightning) for the entire day. This boat tour operator does not have a phone number for contact. They did not respond to my multiple messages throughout the day regarding a rainy day policy. After I called the headquarters (a call center in New York), the operator finally responded via DM with some information. However; this was 30 minutes before the tour was scheduled to begin. My group would not have made it there on time. The company is refusing to refund or reschedule our tickets, regardless of documented efforts on my part to remedy the situation and being repeatedly ignored. I’m super disappointed and our group is out $400. Don’t recommend!

All tours operated as scheduled that day, and conditions at the time of departure were safe, with light rain and no lightning in the area. Many other groups were able to complete their reservations without issue. We did respond to your message as soon as possible, and our team remained available leading up to the tour. As outlined in our booking policy, tours operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain. Because the tour ran as scheduled and your group did not arrive, this is considered a no-show and falls outside of our standard refund policy. That said, we do want to make this right where we can. We’re happy to offer your group a credit toward a future sunset cruise if you’d still like to join us on the water. Really great. My second time booking with them. Knew I was booking with them again after the first time. Really amazing price for what you are getting. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know traveling to Austin!
