Beautiful scenery and sounds. A place were you feel the connection to all the animals you see and appreciate the natural beauty around you. Definitely would recommend to anyone planning on going to Costa Rica

This is much more than butterflies. This is a 1km nature walk. There is a portion with an enclosed butterfly garden. It is a really nice trail where you can see a bunch of animals. We saw frogs, birds, iguanas and a crocodile. The flowers along the trail were beautiful. Very easy walk and took us less than an hour. Great value and would recommend!

This experience is more of a nature tour than a butterfly garden, tho there is a small portion of the tour dedicated to a butterfly enclosure. The nature tour was fantastic tho. Our tour guide was excellent at spotting sloths and toucan and we had a lot of fun.

We had a fantastic tour of Danaus Evo center and butterfly garden. Our guide was Hugo of Jacamar tour company. Hugo is very knowledgeable about the birds, reptiles, flowers, and butterflies that are cared for there I highly recommend this tour

The butterflies were super neat and the staff is amazing! There was also a cute souvenir shop as well. Overall, an incredible experience!

We had a wonderful time on our night walk guided tour with Elias. He has a wealth of knowledge and his passion for this is clear - it felt like we got a small fraction of what he could have shared with us but the tour still took almost 2 hours. I was a little nervous about a night walk but the reserve is small so it's less intimidating. The small size makes it more likely that you'll see wildlife and it was manageable for our two kids (7 and 9). We were lucky to be the only ones on the tour at the time and saw all kinds of wildlife up close. I'm grateful for Danaus' conservation efforts and happy to support it!

Our tour guide, Elias, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable on all subject matters and took his time to teach us as much as possible. It was less of a walk and more of an outdoor classroom with hands on experience and learning. He was able to point out so many critters that would have otherwise been invisible to the average participant. We walked away with some insane pictures of the wildlife all thanks to Elias, who in addition to being an amazing tour guide, was also a gifted photographer.

We were already in the Ecocenter Danaus during the day and did a tour. Our guide asked in advance if we would like to see certain animals or plants and kept an eye out for them. The tour was so good that we came back for the nightwalk. We got flashlights and looked for animals together. We have seen many frogs and toads, sloths, a snapping turtle, a small snake two porcupines and even an armadillo. Our guide took fantastic photos through the binoculars.
