Lär dig och gör ditt eget hantverk Makgeolli

Beskrivning

This place is cool Will totally change your perspective on makgeolli
The course is very detailed and lasts over two hours. All materials will be provided afterwards, so you do not have to write anything down. You can keep the homemade Magoli; it takes about a week for them to mature. Joe was very knowledgeable and informative. A great course if you want to learn more about Magoli, prepare your own Magoli, or simply try traditional Magoli.
The explanations were very clear and in beautiful English. I think it is better to do that when you are still in Seoul for a few more days. This way, the Makgeolli can mature in peace.
The course on brewing Makgeolli was one of my highlights. Joe was relaxed, friendly, and open. It was fun to listen to him and learn new things. There, I perhaps made my first Makgeolli, but definitely not my last. For me, it is definitely a must-do, for transportation reasons, for the day before the return trip. 5☆
This is very fun. Great samples and very interesting to learn about the history of this drink. Most fun. You make it there and the bring it home with you too age. Yes, we did fly back to the USA with it. After all, it is still rice and water at that point. We ver given a transport bag. However, we went to DAISO and got bubble wrap and tape to transport. Also used the hotel plastic laundry bags. All arrived safely! Just waiting for our taste test in a few days! This really is a must to do.
Joe runs a very good show there. Very knowledgeable and keeps things easy and casual. Certainly recommend it for anyone interested in learning more about makgeoli - the right way!
Wonderful experience learning about the art of rice wine making. Joe was an incredible instructor who gave us hands on opportunity in the making of this age old product. We even made a batch to take home with us. Got to taste a wonderful flight of different blends as well. I really enjoyed the class!
We were hosted in a quaint and cozy little shop, in an intimate space. Joe was a pleasant and knowledgeable host who guided us and answered all of our questions. And of course, the makgeolli was amazing! And not to mention, when we got lost looking for his shop, he was patient enough to help us figure out how to find him.
I had a great time learning how to make makgeolli at Joe's class. I have been drinking makgeolli for about 30 years but I didn't understand the subtlety of what to look for in a good makgeolli. And now I know how to make my own! I highly recommend this to anyone who likes drinking makgeolli and wants a fun activity learning how to make it. We also sampled some of Joe's makgeolli and it was DELICIOUS!
Fun lecture on the history and cultural significance of Makgeolli and the production of other types of alcohol. Also the tasting of the different varieties was great! We had a lot of fun and were able to make and take our own Makgeolli. We have now bought all the ingredients at home and will soon be making our own Makgeolli. Thanks again:)
