Läckra munkar och söta godsaker: West Loop Walking Tour
Beskrivning
Vi börjar i en lokal butik som är synonymt med deras kvalitetsmunkar – Do-Rite Donuts. Därifrån går vi Randolph-korridoren och lär oss om Chicagos West Loops historia, en historisk stadsdel som har genomgått en serie revitaliseringar sedan dess dagar som den industriella ryggraden i City of Big Shoulders. Vi kommer att prova de galna, matcha-infunderade skapelserna av en gömd pärla – Matcha-Cita-kafé, där du definitivt kommer att behöva pausa för en fotografering! Vi kommer att njuta av de överlägsna munkstylingarna i en nykomlingbutik som försöker ta sig in på scenen, Voodoo Donuts, en Portland-transplantation med överseende smaker och oväntade pålägg. Slutligen kommer vi att promenera genom en magisk, gammal tegelgränd fylld med vacker, blommig gatukonst, innan vi dyker upp på Sawada Coffee, som ägs av den världsberömda lattekonstnären Hiroshi Sawada. Under hela vår resa kommer vi att tillhandahålla anekdoter och historia för var och en av platserna, det omgivande grannskapet såväl som Chicagos historia i allmänhet.

På Do-Rite Donuts kommer vi att prova några av deras fantastiska, roterande smaker. Om du känner dig så sugen har de också en fantastisk stekt kycklingmacka som du kan prova efter turnén. Det är fenomenalt!
Under hela turnén kommer vi att utforska West Loop och Restaurant Row. Det är inte en massa promenader, men det räcker för att hjälpa till att gå bort några av munkarna du kommer att äta.
Voodoo Donuts är en otrolig ny munkbutik i Chicago. Om du inte har varit här är vi väldigt glada över att dela det med dig. Och om du har varit här så vet du hur bra de är.
Här kommer vi att prova några av deras fantastiska munkar från deras partner, Donut Vault. De har också kaffe av den kända japanska latte-konstnären och kaffeentusiasten, Hiroshi Sawada.

Our guide Emily was great! She was very energetic and seemed to really enjoy sharing with us as much as possible regarding the stops we made on the tour. We definitely had plenty of donuts to try during the tour.

Amazing tour by Jackson! We learned about the the crime underworld of Chicago while visiting four donut shops. Very full on donuts by the end!
