Halvdag marockansk matlagningsverkstad. Lär dig att förbereda en fullständig traditionell marockansk måltid med hjälp och instruktion från vårt professionella team. Under vår marockanska kocks vaksamma ögon lär du dig hemligheterna till många av de klassiska rätterna. Du kommer att uppleva en guidad rundtur i spice souk, lär dig historien om hur våra ingredienser anlände till dessa stränder, innan du lagade mat på dina rätter, beredde du dig tillbaka i vår salong. Alla klasser är värd på engelska och franska.

Great spicy culinary experience
We chose an appetizer and a main. Prepped them both, then took a walk thru the market/medina, to shop for spices.
This was a highlight of our trip. The whole team was lovely and so patient and professional. We learned so much and cannot wait to cook this cuisine at home. Thank you for a lovely and informative class.
A great workshop, very well organized and very friendly. We find many tips there, and we have lunch together after a visit to see and understand the different spices.

Wonderful experience with Mariam as our chef chef!! She was patient, friendly, structured and very generous with her extensive knowledge. Everything about the place and the instruction was perfect. It was our best cultural experience while visiting Morocco. A must.

Book this experience! I went with my teenage daughter and could not have been more pleased. Impeccably clean, friendly, fun ... we did it on our first day in Essaouira and found it to be a wonderful way to spend a day. The hosts were so inclusive with my daughter chatting with her and gave us lots of great tips and places to go and things to do during our stay. Excellent experience.
