This tour allows to have a good understanding of the local culture and to get around the city when one has just arrived for the first time, the very friendly guide gave a lot of interesting information and good advice to visit other sites in Kutaisi and outside.
Alex was very informative and made the walk interesting. We learned a lot of history and cultural insights. However, the meeting point given on the booking details was a 27 min walk uphill in the wrong direction. Best to verbally verify the meeting place.

Despite receiving an email confirmation, no one showed up for the tour. There was also no notification of a cancellation. I am very disappointed with this experience. To make matters worse, the refund is expected to take a week, which reflects poorly on TripAdvisor's service.

Super authentic and lots of background information. Our guide was born in Kutaisi and was able to tell us a lot about the city. With this city tour I see the city with different eyes. This city has so many stories to tell. And the guide was very helpful when I didn't know how to buy theater tickets.
