We have maps but the royal palace has closed the palace as of today. So we weren't allowed in anywhere because the Pope is coming next weekend. Understandable but... that should be known. Now we have paid almost € 50 for nothing.......

Booking through Viator was easy, and the price was reasonable. We only booked the Royal Palace experience without a guided tour so that we could explore at our own pace, which was perfect for us. Depending on the day of your visit, I recommend arriving 20–25 minutes early to get in line (use the line on the right for individuals who have already purchased tickets). Also, be sure to open the app, go to Messages, and download your tickets before arriving so the employee can scan them. The gift shop was nice and offered a good selection of souvenirs and other items for purchase. I’m very sensitive to scents, but I fell in love with several of their perfumes and ended up purchasing three travel-size rollerballs. There’s a lot of fascinating history here, and it’s definitely

The don’t send the ticket in the app. Instead it does a lame bar code. It can’t download in the app always shows oops! WTf
We sent the Actual valid tickets in time, and not only the viator voucher. So this review is false and it is not our fault that a user is unable to find the tickets we sent.
Palace is beautiful, but Viator is difficult to communicate with and will not work with you if plans change. Poor customer service, unfriendly support.

The palace is closed for an official event. The site sold the ticket and refuses to return it..it does not exist.

Loved the palace it was by far the highlight of our visit to Milan. Pleased we bought tickets in advance but read the small print. The ticket that us added to your electronic wallet is not your ticket you need to download the QR code for entry. Worth buying in advance to avoid queue. Annoyed that we bought a ticket that included armouries as it is not open! Recommend you check first.

The Royal Palace in Madrid would not accept the ticket I had. Neither the person I contacted from Vita on the phone or by messaging could help. They also insisted they would not provide a refund.

I used Viator website to enter date for tickets of same day I was going. Third party agent (not Viator) emailed tickets which were for two weeks later! There was no way (phone, email, or chat) to get the tickets adjusted to the correct date that day. Agent blamed me for entering wrong date which was not the case. Even if it was the case a reasonable person would expect a method for updating the ticket dates. This is very sketchy business practice. Beware.

No experience.. Due to the lack of information provided I did not carry out my visit, however I paid well it, twice as expensive as on site!! Can we speak of “scam” or simply negligence??. Still, I spent 50€ for nothing. I'm not about to reuse this process.

Beautiful palace. Impressive. Everything was so directed, you pass all the halls and rooms. It is highly recommended to go to.
