More than 1 hour late without any justification, all my dietary needs where neglected.. they offer me a plate of French fries. They are not the tour operators just the drivers to locations, completely failed of communication with the ones really operating the tour.. was not a good experience at all ..look for the ones that directly operates the tours. I will not be recommending

Please know that this was due to an unforeseen accident that blocked the only access road to your villa. While we communicated this to you at the time, we acknowledge that the delay was still frustrating and impacted on your schedule. Regarding your dietary needs, we apologize that the meal provided did not meet your requirements. The French fries were part of a standard menu offered to all guests on this tour, but we recognize that individual dietary restrictions require more personalized attention. We understand the confusion and frustration caused by miscommunication with our operational team. We are actively improving internal coordination to ensure seamless service. Definitely enjoyed ourselves. Had so much fun on the ATV's. Beautiful scenery. We also made our tour guide Dika come with us on the water rafting activity as mum was feeling too tired. So he took her spot which was so good. Glad he got to experience it with us. Highly recommend this tour!

Very quick and easy with low waiting times for activities. Driver was prompt and friendly and transfer between activities was quick.
