Vår tur börjar med transport från Krakow, antingen från ditt angivna hotell eller en mötesplats som du väljer. Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum ligger i Oswiecim, cirka 1 timme och 15 minuter bort (65 km). Alla våra chaufförer har de nödvändiga EU-certifieringarna för persontransporter. En vänlig, Engelska talande grupp Ledare kommer att vara tillgänglig för att hjälpa dig när det behövs. När du anländer till Oswiecim har du en kort paus för att ta en kaffe eller utforska utomhusutställningar. Därefter introduceras du till en professionell lokal Guide, licensierad av Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.
Börja din rundtur genom att gå genom porten till Auschwitz I, det första lägret, som ursprungligen inrättades som ett koncentrationsläger för polska medborgare som arresterades efter att Tyskland annekterade landet 1939. Du kommer att passera under den ökända skylten "Arbeit Macht Frei" (Arbete gör dig fri). Denna del av turen varar vanligtvis två timmar, under vilken du använder ett headset för att höra din Guide tydligt. Gruppstorleken är begränsad till 30 personer, enligt museets bestämmelser, vilket garanterar en bekväm och tillgänglig upplevelse för alla deltagare. Utforska de ursprungliga träbarackerna, de befästa murarna, taggtrådsstängslen, gaskamrarna och krematorierna, som tillsammans lämnar en skrämmande Exponering och låter besökare förstå förintelsens enorma omfattning.
Efter att ha besökt det första lägret har du en kort paus på upp till 15 minuter. Därefter tar vi dig till den andra delen av turen – Birgenau (Auschwitz II), som ligger bara 3 minuter bort. Birkenau, det största lägret, byggdes och drevs med det enda syftet att göra Europa "Judenrein" (judefritt). Din Guide fortsätter den kraftfulla berättelsen i Birkenau, som ligger i byn Brzezinka. Lägret byggdes 1941 på order av SS-befälhavaren Heinrich Himmler och kunde hålla omkring 90 000 fångar. Du får höra skrämmande berättelser om de brutala levnadsförhållandena, den grymma urvalsprocessen och de pseudovetenskapliga medicinska experiment som utförts av nazistiska läkare, inklusive Josef Mengele.
I slutet av turen kommer du inte att stressas. Du har på kort paus för att bara vila. Efter ytterligare 1 timme och 15 minuters resa kommer du att tas till en angiven adress i Krakow.

- AVGÅNG : Din upphämtningstid kan ändras och kommer att vara mellan 5 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM men vi justerar den vanligtvis med bara 30 - 60 minuter (ibland är en mer betydande förändring nödvändig)
- AVRESA : Om ovanstående ändring är nödvändig kommer starttiden att vara en annan än den som anges på din voucher. I sådana fall kommer du att informeras via e-post och / eller What's App 12 - 24 timmar före den ändrade starttiden

We had a great day with Michal (“Walker”)! He is energetic, very clear, so knowledgeable and runs on time. He thinks of everything, anticipating every need. The Auschwitz tour is a heavy, emotional tour and our guide led us through respectfully and expertly. I only wish we had a little more time in each room to reflect on what we were seeing, but I understand that we were on a tight schedule - not our guide’s fault. Highly recommend this tour because we all must do our part to carry these lessons and stories forward for those who are no longer with us.

Tough but very interesting visit by our guide ”walker”. Total value for the money and speed of the visit was just perfect. I got to understand the Auschwitz-Birkenau much better but also need to admit how complex it truly was (and still is) to fully understand. Our guide kept it very interesting, very clear English - easy to follow and very friendly. Totally recommend him as a guide and the tour for eye-opening visit.

Very well organized. Nice guide (Walker) with great knowledge and very good communication abilities. Only small negative issue would be the time pressure - very limited time for food and toilet.
