Din resa till Auschwitz börjar med att hämta från en tidigare bestämd plats i Krakow från ett hotell eller lägenhet. Resan från Krakow till Auschwitz tar cirka 1,5 timme. Information om föraren som hämtar telefonnummer till honom och färgen på fordonet som hämtar dig kommer du att få dagen före den planerade resan.
När du anländer till Auschwitz möter du din guide. Tillsammans kommer ni in i museet och på mindre än 2 timmars promenad visar han er en av de mörkaste platserna från andra världskriget. Under ditt besök på denna plats kommer du att se: porten "Arbeit mach frei", den sista gaskammaren som överlevde och många utställningar med foton och kvarlevor av fångar
Efter pausen tar föraren dig till det andra lägret, Auschwitz II Birkenau. Du möter din guide igen framför ingångsporten. Under den mer än en timmes promenad kommer din guide att visa dig det andra lägret, som var det största koncentrationslägret som byggdes av nazisterna. I det här lägret kommer du att se: "Dödsporten" med spåren som leder till lägret, avlastningsrampen dit tågen med fångar anlände, ruinerna av gaskamrarna och krematorierna, monumentet över Förintelsens offer och byggnader där fångarna anlände levde.

The driver was very professional, well organized and friendly. The guide was very knowledgeable, and interesting to listen to (although he walked a bit too fast for us at times...). Overall a smooth and memorable experience well worth the money.
As a family of five, we had a deeply meaningful and memorable visit to Auschwitz. From the very beginning, the organisation was excellent -communication was clear, support information was thorough, and it was easy to get in touch whenever needed. Everything ran smoothly. Our driver arrived on time, spoke excellent English, and offered friendly reminders about meeting points and essential details throughout the day. The tour guide was outstanding. The explanations were respectful, clear, and easy to follow, and her English was excellent. We never felt rushed; each section of the museum was given the time and attention it deserved. We would recommend this company, the driver, and the tour guide. This is a trip we will never forget.
Pickup from Krakow’s Old Town was on time, and the new air-conditioned bus was very comfortable. The drive was smooth, and the driver was helpful in making sure everyone reached the correct guided tours. We purchased the optional lunch pack, which made the day much easier, as food options at Auschwitz-Birkenau are very limited. The tours themselves felt quite rushed, although these are managed by the museum rather than the tour operator, and there appeared to be little interest in receiving feedback. The return journey was comfortable, but the drop-off process took longer than expected. Overall, a well-organised and efficient experience, with a few areas that could be improved.

Pick up and travel to the destination could not fault at all. The driver (Konrad) was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. The optional packed lunch provided was also very good value for money and would suggest this as a must, especially for small groups. This even included a pack of issues which was much needed - very considerate. The tour itself was intense as expected, but the guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He waited for all the group to catch up and allowed time for questions and reflection. It was quite fast paced over all, but that is understandable given the large amount of people attending the memorial sites each day. Overall whilst the locations are upsetting, the ease of the tour helped with the experience and made me and my mother feel very at ease. I would highly recommend using this provider and very grateful for their guidance and support at the trip!
