Först resa med minibuss i en timme och 20 minuter innan du anländer till lägret. Auschwitz grundades 27 april 1940 och blev platsen för utrotning genom omänskliga förhållanden och fysisk förstörelse av fångar. Det var nazistregimens största dödsläger och under din turné kommer en licensierad guide känsligt att ta dig att se taggtrådstaket, vakttorn, kaserner, galg och gaskammare; dessa visar omständigheterna under vilka nazistens folkmord ägde rum. Tillbringa 2 timmar här med en kort 20 minuters paus. Du kommer också att besöka Birkenau, en kort 5 minuters bilresa från Auschwitz. Birkenau bestod av mer än 300 byggnader, inklusive latrines, vakttorn och gaskammare. Även om det är en utmaning, är det viktigt att komma ihåg dessa händelser för att se till att denna historia aldrig upprepas. Scam all the way. This operator sells visits to the sites without having legitimate tickets for specific times. They change the pick-up time at will and it makes it impossible for people to be there on time. How would you like to show up at the airport and the agent says "sorry, the plane changed schedule and left two hours earlier!" Tough luck buddy! Anyways, just Google this operator and you will see they are scammers
Before you start accusing anyone, please read the information provided on our website. It clearly states that the time is subject to change. All you need to do is read the tour description carefully.
Prepare for rain. Patryk, our driver saved us by providing umbrellas. Also wear comfortable shoes. The roads are rough and rocky
1st Class Trip. We only booked the day before so were prepared for a bit of a hotch potch service but from the off everything was fine excellent. We were WhatsApped confirmation with pick up time and trip requirements and then received a further message from our driver Patryk confirming the vehicle to look out for. Pick up was prompt and Patryk was lovely. The whole trip ran smoothly, entry tickets were waiting and we skipped the queue and started the tour promptly. Our tour lady was wonderful. She conveyed the atmosphere and emotions of the setting perfectly. It serves as a true reminder of the horrors that humans can inflict on others and the powers of survival. If in Krakow I definitely recommend a trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau and I highly recommend booking with Comfort Tours directly

Text message confirmation the day before of pick-up time. Pick-up at the hotel. Hefty lunch bag between the tour at Auschwitz and Birkenau. A big thank you to the driver Patryk for safe driving and good care.
We had booked a tour to Auschwitz and Birkenau via Viator with professional guide and hotel pick-up and lunch. We first got pickup proposal not to the hotel. But after a comment we were picked up at hotel anyway. Arriving there it turned out that there was no guide at all but that we had to wait in line with the individual tickets. Where then a ticket was bought for us with a Polish guide at 12:45 instead of 9am. Maw first took the bus back to Birkenau where we had to show our own around with a booklet without a guide. Then back to Auschwitz for guided tour with Polish guide. We got our paid lunch at 3pm. Viator had hedged that it was possible to have a guide in another language if it was busy in exchange for booklet + lunch. But no one saw that lunch or discount for this. People who still had to pay that day got a discount for the chaos. In short, this was a choatic day that we paid very dearly. And in exchange for what? Finally, we had paid for an angelic guide and got Polish where the experience is completely lost. No more comfort tours.
We understand your comments and apologize that we were not able to provide an English guide. Unfortunately, the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum does not give us this option. We have to use the services of the Museum, which sharply limits the number of entries.
Visited on 2/3/25, driver was lovely although informed when we arrived that there was no English speaking guide for us and we would need to go in on a Polish tour and advised to change stations on the headset of able to find an English guide. Disappointing as we feel like we did not get the experience we should have.
Of course, we understand your disappointment and, like you, we are disappointed by the availability of English-language guides at the Auschwitz Birkenau Museum. We have already written several times that we do not understand the Museum's policy, but unfortunately we have no influence on it. At the same time, we realise how important the Auschwitz Birkenau Museum is to you, so we have taken up the challenge and are trying to ensure that you can book until the last minute. This is not an easy task and unfortunately it costs us a lot of negative feedback, but we believe that it is worth it.
The tour is a must if you are visiting krakow ,the driver dominki was on time and was really friendly
DON’T BOOK THIS TOUR!! Awful organisation, our tour guide didn’t end up turning up so weren’t given the “skip the queue” tickets so would have had to join the 4.5hour queue at 7am. Our driver made us push in the queue which we then received grief from others waiting which was understandable. We were then able to get the last english tour guide tickets by our driver pushing in but not until mid day, so we went to Birkenau first but without a tour guide so didn’t know what we were looking at. Tiqets were no help in helping us with our situation so £140 for half the tour I think is awful.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. However, in the situation that has arisen, please bear in mind that our staff has made every effort to provide you with a tour. On some days the availability of tickets at the Auschwitz Birkenau Museum is dramatically low and we have to take into account that this may cause some problems.
