The guide was so nice! Waterfalls hiking tour in winter was an unforgettable experience. Also, the barbecue, tea, and the chocolate were all good :)
At the last moment we wanted to visit the falls as well as the Riisitunturi park on a private tour. Aleks and Anglo responded wonderfully and quickly to our request. Even if visiting the park is not normally in their offer. A huge thank you for your flexibility and good humor during these two days.
Angelo was a competent and friendly guide and a good driver - we had a great tour with many beautiful impressions. Thank you very much for that!
The second tour we did was Waterfalls. I never thought that it can be so beautiful in the winter time and our guide Alex had so many interesting views to share with us. This tour was incredible and so educated. Also we had tasty chocolate, tea and marshmallow next to a fire camp❤️
It was a very nice experience. The landscape is really beautiful and the campfire at the end is really comforting and pleasant. Very good organisation. Alex was a very good guide.
What an absolutely mesmerising park! Stunning pictures all along and a cozy grill afterwards, carefully prepared by the wonderful guide Aleks. Massive experience!
The tour operator did not show up at all. We got a message that the “tour operator left because we were not there” but we were there. Then they did not answer the 100 calls and messages that we sent them
It was a magnificent trip to take. Luckily, the weather was perfect and we went with a small group. Aleks is an amazing guide. He's very helpful and very understanding in customizing the trip to what you exactly like.
Support on understanding the quality of the boots "own brought" by the clients. Clothes for the excursion should be suggested during the booking/reservation
Thanks for your review! In the description of the tour it’s clearly stated what’s included and what’s not. Overalls, unfortunately, are not included as it mentioned in the description of the tour. You was offered and stopped by the rental office before the tour where you could rent shoes, but you preferred to continue activity in your own shoes I hope next time you will read descriptions of activity more carefully and be more prepared for the place where you’re going. Hope you had good time in Rovaniemi!
The hike through the canyon was absolutely beautiful! Aleks was very patient and taught us some survival skills. Thank you for this experience!
