Följ med mig, en Gen Z Koreansk hemlagare, på en resa till Mangwon Market, där riktiga lokalbefolkningen handlar. Tillsammans handlar, förbereder och lagar vi mat tillsammans. Det här är inte bara en shoppingresa, det är din chans att uppleva hur lokalbefolkningen verkligen lever, äter och får kontakt i sitt dagliga liv. Matlagning här handlar inte bara om recept, det handlar om att förstå den kulturella innebörden bakom varje rätt. Från berättelserna om Koreas mattraditioner till vardagslivet för dess folk, kommer du att lämna med mer än bara kulinariska färdigheter - du kommer att få en djupare koppling till koreansk kultur. Efter vår kurs kommer du att känna dig helt säker på att laga lite koreanska när du kommer hem. Om du alltid har varit nyfiken på koreansk kultur är detta inte bara en matlagningskurs. Det är en unik chans att leva och andas Korea för en dag.

What an awesome experience with the family. We started with a walk to a local market. We sampled a snack, and then we bought the ingredients for our dishes. Our guide explained what was in season and what we should look for. And then it was back to the classroom! Our guide became our instructor and walked us through preparing three dishes. It was an excellent experience!

Hands down one of the best thing I’ve done here in Seoul during my 10-days stay. It was simply amazing: very educational, hands-on, relaxed and informative. The teacher was very kind and attentive. She also taught us the proper way to enjoy bulgogi beef. I also LOVED the neighborhood and market tour, and all the informations we got. Everyone there was very kind as well. I want to bring my husband to all the spots we’ve been and try more stuff we couldn’t taste during the class. Absolutely a 10/10 experience. Thank you so much!!!

I took my Husband for his birthday! He had a great time! They walked us to the market and explained all the traditional snacks and surrounding area! While picking up the ingredients we used to cook with they let us buy any other items we seen along the way and gave suggestions! The class was amazing step by step instructions you can’t get it wrong! Well organized and my husband loved it so we will be doing it again!
We had a lot of fun making the dishes, and the market tour was ver interesting! We also could buy our own groceries while we were at it. Anyway totally recommend 👍

Great experience for our large extended family, including two 7 year olds and a 10 year old. Learned about Korea, the culture and foods. Everyone enjoyed the market and cooking. Great experience for a few hours in Seoul.
Fantastic authentic experience with walking with local information and then cooking. Two very cute and welcoming hosts. Delicious Korean dishes. Child-friendly arrangement. Nice, cool and clean local. Can highly recommend!
