Under en ca 3 timmars rundtur får du uppleva några av de antika hantverkens broderier, lera, kakel och besöka en kaffeodling med kaffe, te och fruktprovning.

Denna turné är helt tillägnad vår traditionella konst och hantverk, där du kan få fantastiska upplevelser och göra det själv, tjäna som ett unikt minne och där du kan observera processerna för produktion av verk i lera, broderi och keramik från början av processen till slutfasen. Turen börjar med ett besök på keramik i São Bento där du kan se vackra lokalproducerade bitar, förutom den typiska "grytan" som används för att laga den traditionella nötköttsgrytan "Alcatra". Sedan kommer vi att utforska ett mer detaljerat arbete, besöka Azorerna broderi, för många jobb men också en sovsal av underhållning av högt konstnärligt värde. Som avslutning besöker vi en liten keramisk enhet där du får möjlighet att måla din egen kakel som du kan ta med dig och som kommer att bli ett unikt minne.

This company was able to do a last minute arts & craft tour when other tours got cancelled. Paulo was a wonderful host/driver taking us to all best cultural spots on the island including the traditional ceramic shop, tile making & coffee plantation. The highlight of the trip was definitely visiting Jose and his wife. Jose spent a lot of time explaining coffee making process & then showing us all around his farm. The most delicious ending with homemade coffee & liquor. It was truly a memorable day that both my daughter & I considered the highlight of the trip!

This was a fun tour. It was great to see the crafting history of Terceira. So many of these trades today are replaced by machines! Our guide was the best. Not only did we get an arts and crafts tour, but he told us about the island, showed us where to have dinner. We made ceramic tiles that were not going to be ready until after we left, he said he would mail them to us. The day we left, he was back at our hotel, delivering our tiles! He went above and beyond that extra measure!!!!!!!
