Steg för steg kommer du att utforska den rika och komplexa historien om det forna Tjeckoslovakien – tydligt utstakad längs en historisk tidslinje. Det finns två alternativ : 2 - timmars alternativ inkluderar rundvandring i kommunisttidens Tjeckoslovakien. Inkluderar inte 70-talets matsal eller bunker. 4 - timmars alternativ inkluderar 2 - timmars rundvandring, 30 min paus i en 70-tals matsal och kärnbunker (inträde till Kalla krigsmuseet ingår i priset). Utforska livet under kommunismen – från 1948 års kupp och 1950-talets förtryck, genom Pragvåren, normaliseringen och sammetsrevolutionen. Hör levande berättelser och personliga insikter från din lokala Guide om vardagen bakom järnridån. För alternativet 4 timmar : Du kommer att njuta av en 30 minuters paus i en retro 1970-tals arbetarklass matsal (lunch eller Kofola tillval), följt av ett besök i en kärnvapenbunker från kalla kriget-inträde ingår (250 CZK / 10 EUR). Små grupper (max 10) för en personlig, interaktiv upplevelse.

Lär dig hur Tjeckoslovakien förklarade självständighet år 1918 och varför Hitler var så intresserad av att ta detta tillstånd som först. Lär känna några historiska fakta från andra världskriget som påverkat statens efterkrigsutveckling. Ta reda på varför Tjeckoslovakiens kommunistiska parti vann valet 1946.
1948 firar kommunistpartiet i Tjeckoslovakien sin seger på Gamla stans torg. Lär dig om 50-talet - Era av rädsla. Arbetsläger, manipulerade försök, kollektivisering, hemlig polis, liv bakom järnridån. Se där Stalins största monument brukade stå.
I augusti 1968 ägde Prags vår ockupation sig huvudsakligen här och i Vinohradska gatan. Lär dig sanningen om denna sovjetiska fredliga hjälp. I november 1989 protesterade folk mot den kommunistiska regimen. Denna handling är känd som Velvet Revolution. Lär dig om Vaclav Havel och andra viktiga figurer i den moderna tjeckiska historien.

I so wanted to do this an was not dissapointed learning from tour guide authentic interpretation. The 70s working canteen genuinely enjoyed the kofola . Going into the heavy steel reinforced doors an witnessing all the propaganda having once inside learning an seeing the equipment all explained the chambers an she took photographs of me once underground I crawled underneath Wenceslas street as the house on the street was bombed the hotel which has the underground nuclear bunker an trying the gears manually of the need for air to rid pollutants the rooms Inside the hotel an the listening devices of which somebody could monitor the conversations above the whole experience was amazing one of the best explanation of Vaclav havel an the tribute to the student whom set himself on fire an tragically died as was of protest from his injuries days later.

This tour was excellent! Our guide Clara was a great storyteller & made the already interesting history of Prague & the Czech Republic... even more interesting. The nuclear bunker from the communist/Soviet era was fascinating & definitely had a few surprise perks. Be sure you include this part & the canteen lunch when you book your ticket, if you don't, Be sure you have cash to pay for tge experience. We sipped the canteen lunch but doled out cash for the bunker... It was the best part of the tour.

I had a great time on the tour. My guide, Clara, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate. The bunker was very cool. Lunch at the canteen was a fun experience as well. Clara really made the tour memorable, she was awesome!

Our guide did a great job of explaining how the communist regime affected everyday life, in addition to the bigger picture political events. The bunker itself was very interesting... lots of great exhibits.
