China Town ligger inbäddat på sidan av Motomachi. Du kommer att känna att du befinner dig i ett helt annat område än när du kliver in på den här gatan.
Vacker skyline utsikt över Kobe. Där par skriver sina namn eller korta meddelanden på lås, fäster det på skulpturen ovanpå och slänger nycklarna. Teleskop finns tillgängliga för att se dig omkring.
Vi kommer att passera genom hamnen och Meriken Park. Detta är ett vackert hamnområde för både lokalbefolkningen och resenärer. I Meriken finns många matställen och butiker att kika på.
Platsen där lokalbefolkningen älskar att shoppa. Närmare Daimaru-butiken är butikerna mer så kosmopolitiska, och när du går mot Kobe Station-sidan ser du en blandning av nytt och gammalt (många generationers ägda butiker).
En av de två mest populära helgedomarna i Kobe City. Det är en helgedom, och för den här är den mer dämpad... utan den berömda orange/röda överallt. Mycket populär för många olika viktiga firanden för lokalbefolkningen.
Kitano-området i Kobe. När Japan öppnade sina gränser igen byggde många utländska bosättare från hela världen i detta Kitano-område. Internationell känsla och unika byggnader att se.
En av två mest populära helgedomar i Kobe City. Levande färger, gammal historia och att komma till denna helgedom är kul eftersom du går igenom underhållningsdelen av Kobe.
Sannomiya är ett huvudsakligt nöjesområde i Kobe. Izakayas, karaokebox, nischbarer, sakeprovning och Kobe Beef.
På tempelområdet sitter Hyogo Daibutsu, en av de tre största Buddhastatyerna i Japan. Nofukuji Temple är också den 23: e stoppet på Shin-Saigoku Pilgrimsfärd och den åttonde av de Tretton buddhistiska platser i Kobe.

Most guides have helped me verify my port. In Japan there can be multiple ports at one location. I had the wrong port -my fault- our tour was shortened alot
Hello Kobe Driving tour guest. The Kobe Shore Excursion was the purchased tour. Also a Kobe Port pick-up was chosen by guest. The Kobe Port Terminal was also confirmed by your guide, shortly after booking. Your cruise ship was docked in Osaka, a completely different city, and port. It was never mentioned to our guide that you were docked in a completely different city. Despite this situation, our guide put in beyond reasonable effort, and drove all the way to Osaka so your tour did not have to be forfeited. We are saddened to see that despite our efforts to make things work, we received a 3-star for an error that was not ours. We appreciate all perspectives; thank you for your review.
Michelle provided a private-car experience that included Meriken, Chinatown, Motomachi, and 2 interesting shrines, Minatogawa jinja and Ikuta jinja. She also took us to a hill that gave us a wonderful view over Kobe. Since we didn’t have preconceived ideas as to what to see in Kobe, we left the choices to Michelle and were pleased with the places she showed us. Michelle is very knowledgeable and energetic. A highly recommended tour.

Such a great experience, our host was great. Majority of the tours in Japan are walking tours, and to have the option of a driving tour was perfect! We were starting our 2-week travels in Japan through Kobe, so didn’t want to wear ourselves out too soon. Not only did we get to pace our energy, we also got to see more of Kobe. Our host Michelle was funny and personable too. Highly recommend.

So glad we had the driving tour option! It was humid and getting to drive in an air conditioned car in between locations not only saved us time, but saved our energy. Michelle was great. Lot's of fun facts, and also told us how Kobe City is different from other popular cities in Japan. She was delightful and funny.
