We had an incredible time on the Classic Ruta de las Flores tour with Diego. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, sharing so much about El Salvador’s history, culture, coffee, and the beautiful towns we visited. I unfortunately became sick during the tour, and Diego was so understanding and made sure I was comfortable. His kindness and patience meant so much and allowed the rest of our family to continue enjoying the experience. To top it off, my daughter-in-law accidentally left her glasses at one of our stops. Without hesitation, Diego turned the vehicle around so we could go back and get them. That level of care and customer service is rare and truly appreciated. From the charming towns and coffee plantation to the relaxing hot springs, every stop was wonderful. Diego truly went above and beyond, and his warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made the experience even more memorable. He was a wonderful ambassador for El Salvador and reflected the kindness and generosity we experienced from the people throughout our visit. If you’re visiting El Salvador, don’t miss this tour. We highly recommend it, and if you get the chance to tour with Diego, you’ll be in great hands!

This experience was amazing! Huge shout out to Diego. My friend and I enjoyed everything. Atv was so much fun i reccomend this tour!
It was an interesting old town experience. Long day with 2h in the hot springs at the end! We had to google additional facts about the area
Josue was incredible. He was very enthusiastic about informing us about the history of El Salvador, in addition to how the current healthcare and education systems work. But most importantly, he always made sure we had a good time. He snuck in a trip to Cafe Albania in Apaneca for us though it technically wasn't on the agenda. We got to ride the bicycles in the air and go down the rainbow slides. So fun! Also, in the markets of Nahuizalco, he bought pupusas made of yuca as well as other delicious foods and fruits for us to try. And he drove us to our hotel despite it being much out of the way of the city. Always patient and making sure we had a good time, Josue was friendly, respectful, and so knowledgeable. He was absolutely fantastic and made this tour well worth it!
We booked this tour last minute, and the company was wonderful about arranging a guide for us. Our tour guide, Gabby, was absolutely amazing! She’s very knowledgeable about El Salvador’s history and culture, and she helped me truly appreciate what the country has gone through and how it’s rebuilding itself after its difficult past. This tour really shows you the prettier, countryside side of El Salvador, away from the city hustle. One of the highlights was visiting a coffee farm, where I learned so much about the process of making coffee—it gave me a new level of appreciation for every cup! We also visited Ataco, a very colorful and picturesque town. However, I personally didn’t enjoy it as much because it was full of souvenir vendors who were a bit too pushy. The stop was supposed to be 40 minutes, but after about 15 minutes (and enjoying a delicious minuta—shaved ice), we were ready to move on. I absolutely loved the next stop, Nahuizalco—it’s a beautiful town with a lovely plaza and great local charm. Our final stop was the hot springs, which were nice but not quite as hot as expected—most of the pools were more like warm or room temperature. There’s also an optional volcanic mineral mud treatment that costs $10 per person. I personally felt that for the price of the tour, it should have been included, and the setup felt a little disorganized since you have to pay at a separate booth and walk down a bit to get to the volcanic sand area. My husband and I decided to skip it and just enjoy the pools instead. Overall, despite a few small hiccups, I really enjoyed this tour—especially thanks to Gabby’s professionalism, knowledge, and friendly personality. She made the whole experience worthwhile!
GABY IS MAJESTIC! We did 3 private tours with Gaby. Tamenique waterfall, Santa Ana vulcano and Ruta de Flores. On time pick ups in a new and clean car.Super clear and precise communication with the tour company. Authentic local experience. These are only a few things that were provided and built confidence we made the right choice working with this tour company. But what really stole the cake, is our tour guide Gaby. A local Salvadorian who was well versed in EVERYTHING: from history to current events, we covered topics from day to day life, education, family and local values and traditions, across economy and healthcare all the way to influence of social media on new generations.. Gaby was a wealth of knowledge, captivating our attention for the full 3 days we spent with her. Gracias Gaby por una experencia espectacular!!! Gaby you rock!! 💯
This tour was amazing from start to finish! Diego Go was so friendly and kind. He did everything he could to make sure the day was packed with fun and also that we were learning about the Salvadoran culture and people.
The Ruta de las Flores: Towns, Coffee Tour & Hot Springs tour was an amazing experience from start to finish. Our guide, Diego, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating throughout the day. He shared so much interesting information about the region, its culture, and coffee production, making the trip both fun and educational. The towns were beautiful, the coffee tour was fascinating, and relaxing in the hot springs was the perfect way to end the day. Thoroughly recommend this tour!
I did the tour of the Flowers, Cafe Albania, Ataco and the Santa Rita Baths with Diego as our guide, and it was an amazing experience! From the beginning you noticed their professionalism, punctuality and excellent knowledge of each place we visit. It took us to the most beautiful murals and places with local charm, and in the thermals helped us make the most of the time to relax. Diego was friendly, patient and always attentive that we were all comfortable and enjoying. You rating that he loves what he does and transmits that positive energy throughout the tour. I recommend 100% doing the tour with him! 🫶🏻🥇🌟
