Fyra år senare, den 28 juli 1741, dog den venetianske kompositören Antonio Vivaldi i Wien och begravdes bara några meter därifrån. Upplev ett unikt framförande av Vivaldis hyllade och revolutionerande mästerverk, framfört av orkestern 1756 på tidstypiska instrument i denna mystiska och autentiska miljö.

Beautiful venue for a concert however it is not climate controlled. Dress in layers. Recording is not allowed.
We really enjoyed this concert! The atmosphere in the Karlskirche was absolutely beautiful, and the musicians delivered a wonderful performance of Vivaldi's Four Seasons. It was a memorable experience and definitely worth the visit. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!
The ambiance was delightful and the atmosphere was romantic and beautiful. We couldn't hear the orchestra very well though, we wish the sound was louder. Overall experience was great.

Beautiful performance of the Four Seasons. The sound was a bit meagre at first but that is because we had experienced a more intimate concert the day before. Execution was perfect. The singer who came between the companies they could have left at home for me😕.

Fantastic performance in lovely church, dont get there too early as seats are quite uncomfortable to sit for more than needed
It was wonderful. If you like Vivaldi, you will love this! The church is very ornate. It is a very beautiful church! The sound was excellent.
