This was such a fun experience!! My mom is gluten intolerant and the class was great for her!! They catered to her dietary needs. Lots of fun!!

Highly recommend a class, or 2 here! A 3 generation girls trip of 6 of us, age 8 to 63 did a Gluten Free/ dairy free pizza and gelato class last evening and had a riot! Our Chefs were lovely, friendly, professional, fun and informative! I was the only Celiac but everyone loved their gf pizzas, and the dairy free gelato was the most popular of the 3. I will absolutely book another class on our next trip! PS...go hungry, it's a lot of food!

A must! Julia is a wonderful and fun host that made learning stress free and fun! It was delicious food and truly great company. We enjoyed the entire evening!!!!
This experience was the highlight of my trip with my 8 year old granddaughter. We booked a private lesson led by Francesca and her team. She was amazing with my granddaughter and myself equally. The place was spotless and beautifully arranged. She spoke English and also taught us many Italian words and phrases. My granddaughter says “it was the best experience ever.” Our final products of pizza and gelato were delicious. The entire time we felt relaxed and treated so well. Loved it and would recommend this experience to everyone visiting Roma. Thank you Francesca and team! 🩷
