Turen börjar i den hisnande Nichupté-lagunen, ett stort naturreservat som sträcker sig över 3 000 hektar. Great tour Guide . We seen quite a bit of marine life .
This experience on a transparent boat in Cancun is fantastic for capturing unforgettable photos of the Mexican Caribbean. I went with my friends, and we came away with amazing memories of the turquoise sea you have to try it. I highly recommend it since you can see a great variety of marine life in its full splendor. My captain, Juan, was very attentive and helpful, and my friends and I were really happy with the experience.
The tour was good almost two hours we enjoyed the weather and the ocean in the clear boat is a good idea we saw the sea life and was awesome Thanks again to Abel the guide
We did the Clear Boat tour in Cancún and it was such a fun, different experience. Being on a fully transparent boat and seeing the water below while cruising was honestly really cool. The crew was friendly, everything was well organized, and we got some amazing pictures. It’s a short tour but definitely worth it if you want something unique and relaxed
A different experience from anything you’ll find in Cancun. It’s truly a great way to capture memorable photos. I think the timing of your session makes a big difference—I took this activity on a friend’s recommendation, and their photos looked very different from mine, but I believe mine turned out much better. You definitely have to try this activity.
The guide took great pictures of me and captured all my best angles
They cancelled . Found out when I got there . Email would’ve been nice .
I read a very negative review, but I think this tour is simply different from what some people expect. Yes, it’s a short activity, but considering the price, it feels quite fair—actually one of the most reasonable options in Cancún, where many experiences can be overpriced. This is mainly a scenic, photo-focused tour to observe the landscape and local wildlife. In my case, I had a great experience: I saw many fish, several turtles, and even a crocodile, which made it very worthwhile. I believe expectations are key. For example, expecting to see flamingos in this area is unrealistic, since they are not typically found in this part of Quintana Roo. Overall, if you understand that it’s a short, visual nature experience, it can be very enjoyable and well worth the price.
very disappointed, we got sold that we would see an amazing experience viewing monkeys, flamingo and crocodiles. We saw one turtle that we zoomed past and a couple of fish which you would be better off seeing in an aquarium. It was basically an overpriced photoshoot that charged extra for when you wanted the photos for yourself digitally. Not worth money or time would not recommend unless you just want an overpriced photoshoot of yourself. No sea life involved
Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to kindly clarify a few important points to provide accurate information for future visitors. First, regarding flamingos, these are not part of the wildlife found in the Cancún area. Flamingos are typically located in other regions of the Yucatán Peninsula, so we regret any misunderstanding if this expectation was created. Regarding crocodiles and marine life, it is important to mention that both the mangrove and the sea are natural ecosystems. While it is possible to see species such as crocodiles at the entrance of the mangrove or turtles and fish in the ocean, these are wild animals in their natural habitat, and sightings can never be guaranteed. As for the Clear Boat experience, it is designed primarily to offer a unique and visually engaging perspective through its transparent vessel, allowing guests to enjoy the surroundings and capture memorable photos. Optional photo services are offered as an additional service for those who wish to keep professional-quality memories. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve communication and ensure expectations are clear for all our guests. Kind regards, Customer Service Team Discovering Cancun
Amazing experience for our family of 4. We saw sea turtles, manta rays and lots of different fish. We also saw a sunken ship to the delight of my son. Alberto and Manuel were really fun guides. I will warn you to take meds beforehand if you get motion sickness as I had a hard time enjoying the tour after starting to feel badly.
