Du kommer att få tid att gå runt, ta bilder och observera leverantörer som säljer sina varor. Du lär dig om lokala frukter, grönsaker och örter och skaffa de färskaste ingredienserna du behöver för dagens lektion. När vi återvänder till vårt kök, kommer vår erfarna kock att guida dig genom beprövade Khmer-matlagningstekniker. Lås upp gamla hemligheter om Khmer-matlagning genom denna äkta kulinariska upplevelse. Efter demonstrationen och med vår kocks hjälp, kommer du att upptäcka nya smaker och strukturer när du lär dig förbereda traditionella rätter, som kommer att avnjutas till lunch. A wonderful course in a very appealing Mood - with shopping list and market visit with support and sufficient explanation by the chef🫠Good after-cooking dishes, delicious and also safe to cook at home. Diligent helpers prepare everything well and help with clearing and cleaning, so that you can fully focus on the course. I enjoyed the course day, the unknown spices and ingredients and the dishes very much-it was perfect!!! Thank you. I highly recommend it!
Today I treated myself to a cooking class with Lom Ang. She is not only an excellent cook, she can also show you how to do it very well. First she took us to the market to buy the ingredients. That alone was a very nice experience. But it was also very informative because you could ask anything. After all, the selection of fruit and vegetables is much larger than in Europe. When we got back, we started cooking under supervision. Everything is explained excellently, so that even if you are not a very experienced cook you can manage everything. You can eat your own work. I have to say I was proud of my work! There is another pleasant aspect. The whole thing takes place in a very nice atmosphere with air conditioning, so you don't have to sweat.
Very good and interactive experience started off with food shopping at a nearby market with one of the chefs. Throughout the cooking class the chef was very informative and also made sure that all of us are understanding her. One of the best experiences while in Phnom Penh. 5/5 😃
Wonderful cooking class. Went to the market first, then very thorough and hands on instruction. We asked for some changes in the menu and they were flexible, quickly coming up with delicious alternatives. Chef Lon ang was friendly, knowledgeable and clear. Helpful with good English. Everything we made was classic Khmer and so so good.
I would have loved to have gone on this cooking experience but I was unwell and they kindly gave me a refund. I will definitely rebook when I am next in town

They start by putting a shopping list in our hands and forward with the instructor to go buy the necessary at the local market! It’s very funny. I was super proud of what I did, and we bring the recipes home! Great experience!
We were able to buy all the ingredients at the market in the morning, very rewarding experience, then everything cooked from A to Z. The dishes obtained were traditional and very good! The cook (Lum Arng) and the staff were very nice.
This is an excellent cooking class. We made a Green by mango salad, Khmer yellow curry and Banana palm for dessert. Everything tasted awesome. It was easy to follow along with our instructor, Peark Lom Ang. The room is spacious and all the equipment worked well and was in good condition. We will definitely make these recipes when we get home.
It was a perfect and funny day. The teacher, called LomAng Peark, was very friendly and we had a very good time in the market buying the things and afterwards cooking such delicious dishes. I had a very good time and recommend this activity to every tourist in Nom Pehn. The activity takes place in the beautiful La Rose Suites. Thank you!!
Great class for learning traditional Khmer Cuisine. The chef is very knowledgeable and explained the ingredients and process very well. This class is great for beginners and experienced chefs who want to expand their repertoire of cooking techniques.
