At first I was worried my kids would be bored. As soon as we saw the dolphins they loved it. They were scared to get in the water. Once we got in water they had a blast.

My wife and I booked a 1/2 day private snorkeling charter. Our captain was Cole out of Cow Key Marina and he was awesome! He made the experience very enjoyable and we stopped at about four different reefs to dive off and snorkel. My wife’s biggest wish list request was to see a sea turtle and Cole was able to make that happen! Cole was very personable and made us feel like we were at sea with a friend. We highly recommend this Marina an encourage you to ask for Cole!!

We booked the snorkeling, dolphins, and sunset combo tour, and it was a 100% disappointment. The weather conditions were clearly not suitable, but instead of canceling or rescheduling, the tour went ahead anyway. The snorkeling stop was especially underwhelming. Instead of taking us to coral reefs as advertised, we were brought to a mediocre spot with rough, wavy water where visibility was poor. Most people were back on the boat within 15 minutes because there was simply nothing to see. The “open bar” was also disappointing, with several drinks running out very quickly. As for the sunset portion, it felt like an afterthought—we were basically catching a glimpse of it while heading back, rather than enjoying a proper sunset experience. Overall, this felt like a waste of money and did not live up to expectations. I would not recommend this tour, especially if weather conditions are questionable.

Our team closely monitored the conditions throughout your trip, moving to multiple locations to find the clearest water possible. While the overcast skies impacted snorkeling visibility, we were pleased that the group was still able to enjoy several active dolphin encounters and a spectacular sunset. Deciding whether to cancel a trip due to marginal weather is always a difficult call for tour operators. We find that most guests prefer to head out and enjoy the boat ride and wildlife rather than miss the opportunity entirely, especially those on their final day of vacation. We appreciate you joining us on the water, and we are glad that despite the clouds, you were able to experience some of the best highlights the area has to offer.
Our Captain and crew did a fantastic job taking care of everyone! The weather had been difficult all week with the wind but they found us a reef that was very easy and nice to use. On the way back in we found a mother dolphin and her calf that were just all too happy to say “hi” and even jumped for us. It’s a wonderful experience and I recommend this excursion for everyone
