We booked a driver for the transfer frpm Keflavik to our hotel. He waited patiently for our delayed flight and our hour- long trek through passport control. The driver was courteous and helpful woth our heavy luggage.
The driver was there to meet us and even txted us when he was there to reassure us he was there. He gave us ideas for places to visit and provided us a bottle of water.
Our flight was delayed over an hour. Driver had no problem waiting for us and monitored our flight while we traveled and already knew. He loaded our luggage and was very friendly and was a quick and easy trip.
Our driver was waiting for us with a sign with my name and he handled all 4 bage and would not let us touch them. It was a great ride to our hotel.
The driver was sent to the wrong location by his company. We did connect and get underway. The company needs to update on the cruise terminal exit point. Driver got us safely to the airport.
We paid this upfront. The picture in the order showed a van or SUV. Had trouble finding our driver, and only found him by calling the number on paperwork. We looked for him over 30 minutes . Our driver's name was Carlos. He was excellent! However, he had a small 4 door sedan. I barely could get into it. One piece of luggage had to go in the front passenger seat. In the end, we got picked up, but you all need to do a better job.
Easy on time pick up from airport and hotel. I would use this company again. They were accommodating on time change for pick up.
It is OK but not paradise . You'll get home.

Easy to book, driver is waiting for you outside customs, seamless travel experience. Expensive compared to the busses, but worth it for the convenience.
