Excellent!

Our guide Boyan was fantastic! He picked us up from our hotel that we had arranged with him the day before. Boyan was very informative and made the whole experience very pleasurable, even recommending places to eat and drink after our tour. Nothing was too much trouble.

Kazimierz Historical Sztedl of the Jewish Community ...

... with many relics of a once flourishing community. There are several synagogues, meeting rooms, a museum, a cemetery... We recommend: Simply stroll around the alleys and passageways and try to catch a bit of the atmosphere that once prevailed here. An affair that - depending on your interests - can take a whole day. Once a refuge for Jews who were welcomed with open arms in Poland by King Casimir (Kazimierz Wielki, 1333-70) and settled here outside the gates of Krakow, it is now developing more and more into a party and nightlife area for young Krakow residents. The latter - fleeing from the Rynek because of the high prices caused by the masses of tourists - give this part of the city a very special flair. The Polish way of life still exists here, because tourists and Travniks are (thank God) rarely here. Especially at Plac Nowy, the streets leading into it and in various backyards, you can now find a density of bars/pubs/restaurants/snack bars like nowhere else in the city. Overall, a very relaxed atmosphere. Things are a little more dignified (and also more expensive) on Ulica Szeroka. Actually more of a square than a street, there are a number of higher-priced restaurants and cafés here, where you can occasionally hear klezmer bands in the evenings.
