Karina was friendly, efficient and professional. She knew exactly how to capture our family in photos, and the photos were beautiful. Exactly what we had hoped for.
They are not very professional. They have a meeting point in their website but did not show up supposedly because I did not finish filling out a form for info about our party. It was my husbands 50th birthday and I wanted to commemorate it with professional photos but no one shows up. How can u charge someone then just ghost them? Not even a phone call. Then someone answers the phone when I called when we were at the meeting point and told me it got canceled. Wow. We were all ready. Then they rescheduled for the next day but surprise surprise claimed to be ill and not show up. It’s very unprofessional. Do not go with this company. It will ruin ur vacation.
We contacted the guest to reschedule the session due to weather conditions, and we hope they understand that the weather is completely outside of our control. We extended our availability to accommodate a new date, but unfortunately the guest was unable to reschedule due to other commitments. Just like a helicopter tour cannot operate in unsafe weather, we cannot conduct a beach photo session in conditions that would compromise safety or the quality of the photos. Our goal is always to provide our guests with the best possible experience.
Great experience. Photographer was easy to work with and had good recommendations on lighting and location. She caught some beautiful photos of me and the wife.
Michelle was a great photographer! She found the perfect spot and took amazing photos of us all. We highly recommend her.
Dylan was great! Super chill which matches our vibes. Teens were generally cooperative so we had a nice session on the beach.
The Napali coast tour was a great adventure that I had not taken for all the years my husband and I had been coming to Kauai. We only had the relatively calm catamaran tour. However, this one was on a specially designed catamaran with narrow and deep "pontoons" (if you could call them that). They cut through the waves better so we could go faster to cover the 17 mile trip to the best parts of Napali. Even though the weather was great and the ocean was fairly calm, it was still a very bumpy ride. People with back/hip/neck problems should never go. Also, if you get seasick, be sure to put on a patch a day or so ahead of time. Of the 7 of us, 4 got seasick but the one who usually gets the worst case wisely put on a patch and was fine. All said, we were taken to some of the most amazing caves, waterfalls, eye popping scenery, movie sets, and snorkeling areas. One of the most unexpected events happened to be a "herd" of dolphins who playfully dived, surfaced, created formations and delighted us for 10 min or so right up beside the boat. Must have been 20+ of them. Our guides, Jake and RJ were so informative, fun, and skilled. I learned a lot and had fun experiencing the "hidden" part of the beautiful Garden Isle.
