Vi erbjuder bekväm upphämtning från alla hotell eller residens i Katmandu Valley. För både Everest Scenic Flight och Helikopter Tour möter vår chaufför dig i hotellets lobby vid den planerade upphämtningstiden. Var redo minst 10 minuter före avgång. Scenic Flight : Upphämtning är vanligtvis mellan 05:30 – 06:00 AM, beroende på din flygtidtabell. Efter upphämtning kommer du att förflyttas till inrikesflygplatsen för incheckning. Helikoptertur : Upphämtning är vanligtvis runt 05:00 – 05:30. Exakt tidpunkt kommer att bekräftas en dag innan baserat på väder och flygklarering. På flygplatsen hjälper vår representant dig med incheckning och ombordstigning. Om ditt hotell ligger utanför huvudupphämtningsområdet, kommer vi att ge närmaste mötesplats eller ordna upphämtning med en extra kostnad om det behövs. För eventuell sista minuten-koordination kommer vårt team att kontakta dig via WhatsApp eller telefon på kvällen innan din turné.

We did the Everest mountain flight with this company and had a great experience. They were punctual and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. The weather was unstable that day, but luckily we got clear views during our flight. Before takeoff, the team checked the conditions for us and promised a refund if we didn’t get to see the mountains. Fortunately, we saw everything, so it wasn’t needed, but it was reassuring to know they stood by that promise. Highly recommend!

I booked Everest moutain flight with Luxury holidays. Best rate offered by Ms Asmita for Budha air. Prompt pick up at 5 am from hotel and wonderful 1 hour flight from Katmandu. After wonderful sighting of many mountain peaks include Everest, prompt drop off to hotel. A wonderful and life time experience made very affordable and comfortable.

The experience was great. We managed to negotiate a good price for the trip and we’re picked up from our hotel and taken to the airport where there was a bit of a delay which was not explained but it was clear that the other mountain flights were all delayed so was fine We were the. Taken to the plane and had two very sweet and accommodating cabin crew who explained it was due to waiting for the weather to improve Once we got up above the clouds was amazing. We were encouraged to move about the cabin for better views and the cabin crew came to everyone individually and explained which mountains were in view. I thoroughly recommended this experience

Luxury Holidays are brilliant!! So easy to contact and very competitive pricing. Arranged our scenic Everest flight, with pick up right on time. Driver had our tickets and all went smoothly, couldn't have wished for more. Early start but back for breakfast by 7.45 am!! Also our cooking lesson had to be cancelled sadly, by the activity provider used by Luxury Holidays, due to a big Nepalese festival. Luxury Holidays did their utmost to organise an alternative but we ran out of time andhad to fly home following day. We would use Luxury Holidays again, if we ever visit Kathmandu again. This was an excellent tour company to book with for the Mt. Everest flight! The entire experience was fantastic, and we were so lucky with the weather — just a few clouds, but still a clear and breathtaking view of Everest. Absolutely magnificent! The excursion was very easy and well-organized. I was picked up from my hotel at 5:10 a.m. for a short 20 minute ride to the airport. Check-in with Shree Airlines was smooth and straightforward, with good signage throughout the terminal. The flight attendants were knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful in pointing out the various mountain peaks along the way. We were back at our hotel by 8:30 a.m., ready to start the rest of our day’s adventures! Highly recommend this tour — a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

The weather caused us not to participate on this activity. They promised us an English speaker. The gentleman who picked us up, dropped us at airport pointed in a direction and left. We had to fend for ourselves what counter. The people in one counter helped us and he wasn't from the company that sold the adventure. Since the flight got canceled we had to fend for ourselves to get back to the hotel
The plane tour was great and comfortable. All the flight attendants were friendly and explained well about the panorama of Mt. Everest n other mountains. Additionally, the hotel pick up was also on time.
