Karibien höjdpunkter utflykt från Limon
Beskrivning
Under denna tur får du uppleva några av Limons huvudaktiviteter under en dag. Du kommer att besöka en lokal regnskog från en unik synvinkel: Tortuguero kanalerna! På denna tur kommer du att bevittna en stor mångfald av vilda djur från vår båt (apor, vattenlevande fåglar, leguaner, basilisker och kanske sengångare). Kom ihåg, det här är Naturen! Ibland kan det bero på väderförhållanden och tidvattentider. Sedan besöker vi en ekologisk gård med en liten bananplantage; vi får se flera typer av exotiska fruktträd, nedsänkta i tropisk natur, och lära oss om den karibiska kulturen, ta en sightseeingtur runt Limon stad. I slutet av turen finns det ett valfritt besök på Playa Bonita stranden, där du kan koppla av och njuta av havsbrisen och den fantastiska ljuvligheten i Costa Ricas natur medan du omfamnar den lokala kulturen och lever pura vida livsstil som drivs av Calypso musik.

Vid rundan 9:30 kommer du till Tortuguero-kanalerna där du kan hitta dussintals vattenfåglar och förhoppningsvis apor och andra däggdjur.
Du kan avsluta dagen på Playa Bonita där vi kan njuta av några av de varma Karibiska vattnen följt av en stadstur i Limon.

Upphämtningsplatser och tider
Vid avstigning, vänligen leta efter vår GioTours representant, som väntar på dig vid den gula piren gate efter de vita ränderna på marken, som ligger efter souvenirmarknaden. Vår representant kommer att bära khakibyxor och en vit button down-skjorta med GioTours-loggan på och kommer att hålla en skylt där det står "GioTours" med ditt namn på. Vi ber alla gäster att planera att vara på den angivna mötesplatsen minst 10 minuter före den planerade avgångstiden som anges ovan.

Book this excursion! Don't even think about booking one through the cruise line. This is a much better excursion and more reasonably priced. Juan is an excellent tour guide and David is an excellent driver. We saw it all - birds, a caiman, a crocodile, a sloth, and howler monkeys! Juan is very knowledgeable about the plants and animals of Costa Rica. He will not make something up if he doesn't know the answer. He and David travel from San Jose, CR to do this tour. They were waiting for us at the designated time with a sign. I booked this excursion because of the reviews and the six of us travelling together were very satisfied.
We just experienced THE BEST shore excursion we have ever been on! Juan Miguel with Gio Tours Costa Rica was our private driver for the day. He more than exceeded our expectations ! Juan was very knowledgeable about his home country and took us to beautiful sights and adventures throughout the day. He was a very easy going and thoughtful young man who took pictures of us throughout our adventures so that we didn’t have to. This allowed us to enjoy the tour even more!! Juan, our guide, did an excellent job sharing info and taking us to great sites in Limón, Costa Rica. We took a great safari boat ride and saw a sloth, iguanas, howling monkeys and several bird species. The plantation visit was awesome! We learned about local fruits, coffee and sugar cane.
Our guide Juan made for the most wonderful tour in Limon today during our cruise stop! The highlight of getting up close to the baby sloth on the boat tour was outstanding! Grateful for this experience in your country.

Juan with Gio Tours was a great travel guide. Antonio was the driver and also took great photographs during the canal ride. We saw at least two sloths, a baby crocodile, many birds, and several monkeys.

We loved this excursion. Juan met us at the port and made us feel comfortable. He was clear in his explanations, was very knowledgeable and always asked if we had questions before continuing. It was just ok. I’ve been on many Viator tours and this wasn’t one to recommend. The canal boat ride wasn’t very impressive
