Hotell- och stadshämtningar inkluderar 30 minuters gratis väntetid från den planerade upphämtningstiden. För upphämtning på Kansai International Airport möter chauffören gästerna vid ankomstområdet med en namnskylt. Fri väntetid är 90 minuter från den faktiska flygtiden, inte den planerade ankomsttiden. För upphämtning av hotell, stad eller boende, vänligen vänta vid hotellets lobby, huvudentré eller bekräftad upphämtningsplats vid den planerade upphämtningstiden. Fri väntetid är 30 minuter från den planerade upphämtningstiden. För lägenheter, stationer eller andra överenskomna upphämtningsställen, vänligen ange fullständig adress, byggnadens namn, entréuppgifter, stationsutgång och eventuella tillträdesinstruktioner i förväg. Extra vänteavgifter tillkommer efter den kostnadsfria väntetiden: fordon upp till 13 platser kostar 5000 JPY per timme, 18 - platsfordon kostar 10 000 JPY per timme, och 44 - platsbussar kostar 15 000 JPY per timme. För upphämtningar mellan kl. 22.00 och 07.00 tillkommer en serviceavgift på 2000 JPY. Denna avgift ingår inte i bokningspriset och ska betalas kontant till chauffören på servicedagen. Nice car. Good communication. Beware the cell reception in the airport is bad. Tried to WhatsApp the driver once we were out. Turns out he was waiting with my name on a sign but not in the area we exited. Tried for 15 mins to reach him but had no cell signal and so finally logged into airport WiFi Otherwise the pick up and car was great. Nice drive to hotel

Roy was understanding when we texted about the unexpected long line to go through customs. Also, responded quickly to all text messages. After exiting the customs area, he was easy to find. He helped with our luggage and gave us water immediately when we entered the vehicle. As we got closer to the destination, he told us about popular areas of shopping. When we arrived at the hotel he helped transport the luggage inside the lobby. He did not leave until he saw us walk into the building. He made our arrival easy and pleasurable.
