Airalo is simply awful. Twice I tried to use their eSIM and both times it didn’t work. The first time it looked like it was working but I then got charged $300 for roaming fees. I complained and Airalo said they would refund my money but then clarified that means putting your returned money into a gift bank with Airalo. The second time I tried in Miami again it didn’t work. I contacted Airalo and they said to send them screen shots which I did. We went back and forth for hours over 3 days. They refused to talk to me and would only communicate through emails. Bottom line is Airalo Admitted their eSIM wasn’t working for me but again they would only offer me a refund by putting my money into this special gift bank so I could try it again on my next trip. Why would I ever try them again after 2 costly horrible stress inducing experiences???? Yes you will find some positive reviews but far more bad reviews. I am suspicious if Airalo posted the positive reviews by themselves and I wouldn’t put it by them as they are fraudulent company. Their head office is in Singapore to avoid litigation.

After getting the Airalo esim installed, and not turning on the service, 1/2 of my data was gone. After contacting the worst customer service I have experienced, they would not re-install the data. I proved to them after they requested screen shots that no data was used. Still no help so after hours with customer service, they said they were refunding me. Now I see on my credit card statement, only about a third of my payment was returned. Contacted them again and was told they could not do anything for me. I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge>

Customer service is very helpful and will respond very quickly - i had some issues activating right before my trip and they responded immediately.

I activated it in Canada, and although it seemed to work, I got a message saying "It didn't work." I was a bit worried. However, when I turned off airplane mode locally, I was able to connect without any problems.

Too expensive, you can have for 9.90 eur for 15 days Or if you want to buyt sim card in Canada it is much cheaper then this offer.

While the eSIM worked well in major cities, the coverage in more remote areas was inconsistent. The data speeds were more than sufficient for all my needs, and the customer support was quick and helpful. Overall, it was a reliable option for most travelers.

Super convenient to use and cheaper than buying onsite. Got to access without hassle due to stable internet connection.

Convenient, no card change needed, easy to set up and network speed never interrupted.

I went solo for this trip so eSIM is one of the most important things. Luckily, the activation is simple and the connection is good. Gonna recommend it to my friends.
