Denna turné tar dig till "The Top of Europe", när du stiger till den högsta järnvägsstationen i Europa, Jungfraujoch. När vi går längs Jungfrau-linjen genom Zweilütschinen, Grindelwald och Kleine Scheidegg, kommer din Guide dela berättelser om människor, kulturer och historia i varje stad och stad du passerar. Ditt tåg kommer att klättra stadigt genom Alperna, passerar glaciärsjöar och svindlande klippor. Utsikten från tåget är en av de bästa i världen, som erbjuder en fågelperspektiv över detta episka område. Resan till ”Europatoppen” kommer att inkludera möjligheten att njuta av den fantastiska utsikten från Eismer Station, den näst högsta järnvägsstationen i världen efter Jungfraujoch. Därefter beger du dig till Interlaken och väver dig genom den lilla staden Wengen, vars vyer är lika fascinerande som legendariska. Se hur klippiga klättrar ger vika för frodiga alpina dalar och silhuetten stiger och faller tillsammans med de omgivande topparna. Din tur kommer att pausa vid Lauterbrunnen, en dalstad med dramatiska klippväggar och episka vattenfall. Här tar vi en promenad till de ikoniska Staubbachfallen, vars vatten faller hela 297 meter från de överhängande klipporna till poolen nedanför. Synen av vattnet som löser sig för att spruta när det faller är slående. Vår guide kommer att dela berättelserna bakom fallen, och du kommer att ha möjlighet att ta bilder av de fantastiska omgivningarna.
Den livliga staden Interlaken ligger mellan två glaciärmatade sjöar och är ett nav för aktiviteter, omgivet av fantastiskt alplandskap. När du turnerar i staden kommer du att lära dig om hur den blev porten till de schweiziska alperna och njuta av de vackra timmerhusen, trottoarkaféerna och levande buskare som kantar de historiska gatorna. På sommaren ger det klara vattnet i sjön Thun och sjön Brienz en perfekt tillflyktsort från middagssolen, och du kan njuta av det azurblå vattnet från stranden när du går på strandpromenaden. Du kommer också att ha chansen att utforska de många present- och souvenirbutikerna här, som säljer traditionella schweiziska varor, hantverksmat och dryck och äventyrsutrustning.
I slutet av din tur kommer din Guide att återföra dig säkert till Bern.

Jean met us promptly at our set meeting spot & took me and my 3 friends to on a 2+ hour train ride, then up the mountain on the Eiger Express Gondola, then to another underground train up to Jungfraujoch/Top of Europe for the most amazing views of the Alps, that truly felt like a once in a lifetime experience! During our trip, he kept us on time to meet our connections, helping us when ever we needed an extra hand (or group picture!) & after the mountain, we visited the quaint town of Grindelwald (Lauterbrunnen's waterfall was frozen, so we were given the option to change our 2nd stop to Grindelwald) Jean recommended to us a comfortable and delicious restaurant that was a great end to our spectacular day! We highly recommend Jean, as he also shared many interesting and fascinating facts about the area and a lot of Swiss history as well! Great tour & great guide! Thanks Jean!

This is our first trip to Switzerland and I’ve been wanting to see the Swiss Alps forever. Jungfraujoch always seemed amazing but experiencing it was even more phenomenal! I really wished I booked directly with Jonas and Lina at booking@tours-of-switzerland.com. In addition to the beauty of the region and marveling at all there was to see, we learned so much on various topics from Jonas today- from Switzerland’s perspective on energy to the history of the Carnival to SBB vs Rail Europe to Crash Landing (my kids were impressed!). The price was all well worth it. If you’re hesitating, DON’T! Jonas and Lina were very hospitable. We’ll recommend them to family who will be traveling to Switzerland in the Summer.
Our guide Jonas was very knowledgeable and we had a great time touring the Jungfrau region. We left from Bern. Tickets for the trains are included in the price of the tour, thus the higher price.
What a fantastic tour! Who knew there was a railway built inside a mountain in Switzerland? And that it was completed over a hundred years ago? We had an amazing day with our guide Jonas. He took care of all the train transfers getting to the top of the mountain and all the transfers getting back down and back to Bern using a different route. Such a relief to have someone knowledgeable make these time-sensitive reservations and be able to negotiate with the staff when things don’t go quite as planned. He also provided additional historical context from the perspective of a Swiss citizen about the trip, but also about life in Switzerland with his family. It was a very special day for my wife, son and myself.
I had an unforgettable experience on my Jungrau tour last year, and I owe much of it to my fantastic guide, Jonas. The journey, starting with the gondola ride in Grindelwald and progressing through trains and elevators to reach the toop of Europe-Jungfraujoch, was awe-inspiring. The panoramic view from the top, above the clouds, were breathtaking-especially with the blessing of great weather. Exploring the glacier and ice cave, enjoying the amenities like the restaurant and gift shop, added to the charm of Jungfraujoch. Jonas made the experience more enriching by sharing insights about the various viewpoints. The descent included a picturesque stop at Lauterbrunen for some memorable photo opprotunities. This full-day trip was made truly special by Jonas's expertise and the wealth of information he shared about Jungfrau and the surrounding areas. I am grateful for the memorable journey.
This is Greece’s most overlooked region. Alas. Just spent ten days here. Beautiful beaches. Interesting archeological sites. The most friendly and helpful people ever. If you are someone who likes discovering the undiscovered tourist places, Thrace is the place for you. Loved Thassos. Beautiful island and wonderful beaches. Archeological sites of Maronia and Zone for sure worth a visit.
