This was delightful and informative beyond our expectations! Each person we came into contact with was knowledgeable and pleasant. My 12 year old nephew and 16 year old niece were engaged and learned alot. A great memory to last their while lives!

My wife is in a wheelchair and we were concerned about accessing the tour. Turns out, the shuttle bus is equipped to accommodate, as was the tour. The wife and I did some panning while we were there and brought back some real Alaskan gold (about $13.00 in today's market. I give this tour a solid 10 on a 10 point scale. Be sure to say hi the owners, they are a delightful couple.

Great experience on our last day vacationing in Juneau. We explored few of the gold mine tunnels, saw two live demos of original mining equipment, panned for flakes of gold and explored the above ground facilities. The gift shop was quite delightful. Both my husband and I ended up buying few items. This is well run and everyone we interacted with was attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

It was a very interesting tour for my family with people of all ages. We learned alot about mining and mills and panning for gold.

This was a fantastic experience. My teens really enjoyed the very informative tours from the ride to the mine, the underground mine, the background history of the mine, the gold panning and even the gift shop was entertaining. This was an unforgettable experience.

The crew was informative and it’s always interesting to learn about the history. I think we were expecting alittle bit more of the mines. But it was interesting.

This was a very interesting activity. It is not too long, but it still provides a lot of nice and useful information. The organization was perfect, and everything worked very smoothly from start to finish. It was enjoyable, informative, and very well arranged. Highly recommended!

A very good tour at a fair price, with an actual gold mine exploration and mining demonstration, that told the story of the Gold Rush and gold mining in Juneau. Our bus driver to the mine and our gold mine tour guide were both excellent. The tour of the gold mine could have been longer!

It is super interesting. I travel a lot for work in the area so I have lots of down time to try to experience Juneau and this was probably my most favorite thing I've done. Pretty neat to go in an experience a few of the items that were used for mining. The price is a little steep-- I think-- but if you're looking for something interesting to do in Juneau this is it so you'd spend the money somewhere else doing something else that isn't as interesting. Our tour guide was super knowledgeable. One thing I would say they could improve was the meet up. We arrived under the green tent as instructed but there was no one under there to meet us. There were SO many tour guides gathering people from the cruise ships and so we easily would have never found our guide if we hadn't overheard another guy asking about it and then someone found our guide for us.
