Christmas Mass was an amazing experience. Ricardo was extremely knowledgeable and helpful thru the process. He came prepared with ponchos and umbrella and his organization notified us ahead of time and told us to bring small umbrellas. On the way to St. Peter’s he told us the process and to have patience’s which was very helpful because you do need them. He also had our driver waiting for us as soon as the service was over. Before and during the Mass he explained the service to us. We had seats right by the central aisle where the Pope walked in. Definitely recommend Ricardo for this experience.

What an amazing experience!! This is only Mass with the Pope, and not an entire tour of the Vatican. I wrongly assumed a tour was included. Nevertheless, we had the privilege of Andrea as our guide, and he never missed an opportunity and never ceased to teach us about not only Vatican history, but also Roman history. The man is a walking encyclopedia and very knowledgeable. He also helped us navigate the large crowds and lines, and were able to sit close enough to have good view of the Pope. Our driver, Sergei, was also on point. He was very professional and a pleasure to speak with. He picked up on time and also navigated the crowded streets of Rome to find us after the Mass. I can’t say enough about this experience. If you can, don’t miss this, once in a lifetime, opportunity to experience Christmas at the Vatican with the Pope.

He had tried to get tickets directly from the Vatican on 2 or 3 occasions, without getting it. When I found this option I found it a bit “too good to be true”. But it's totally true. We had an escort come by us to the hotel, enter St. Peter’s Square (we had to pass the strict controls, you don’t get rid of that) and then enter St. Peter’s Basilica and have great seats for Christmas Eve Mass. We could even see Pope Francis a couple of feet from us! Our companion, Alessandra, a total charm. It's been a once in a lifetime experience.

Was sceptical at the start of this tour wondering what we actually get for our money as the actual mass tickets are free. The guide we had (Cecelia) seemed a little unsure of the process and seemed more interested in the other group that was being led by her friend. But in saying that she did get us very good seats and we did get to see the Pope very close. We did all enjoy the Mass. it was a long afternoon (picked up at 230pm and got back to hotel at 930pm). For the price of this tour I would do my research - get online and try to get the “free” tickets first. Get to the Basilica early and line up with everyone else. There is no “skipping the line” with these tickets. You have to line up for hours just like everyone else. This tour is very expensive for a lift to the Vatican! I am saying No to recommending this tour only because I don’t see the value when the tickets are technically free and all you really get is a lift to the Vatican which could cost 20 euro worst case in an Uber.

We were picked up at our hotel by our guide, Stephania and driver. We were escorted into the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica by our guide and she found us absolutely great seats. The mass was wonderful and our guide shared many interesting facts about the basilica ( prior to the mass) Thank you for one of the most memorable events of a lifetime.

I lived one of the most exciting events that can be done by staying in Rome! Assisted from the beginning to the end of the tour, my assistants Rossana, Bianca and Gloria did an amazing team job, all made with a great smile, sympathy, and great professionalism, making the experience simply unforgettable! My family and I had really wanted to attend Christmas Eve Mass at the Vatican. This opportunity came up and worked out so well. The team took care of our transportation, helped direct us to a shorter line, answered all of our questions, and stayed with us until we were picked up. The Mass itself was wonderful and to be in St Peter’s Basilica! Highly recommend.

There are no words to describe the extraordinary service received, the staff of this company more than employees are family. The treatment received cannot be awarded in stars because they would be very few. An once time in a lifetime experience! Rossana was an amazing tour guide! She was prompt, professional, and friendly! She contacted us a month before to organize and arrange meeting point. She helped us get amazing seats to see the pope and it was truly an unforgettable experience! This is completely worth the cost- it is a memory our family will never forget ❤️

Rosanna is the BEST! Excellent communication while booking and leading up to tour. PRIVATE tour for three of us: Pick up at hotel by Rosanna with driver, Luigi. AMAZING seats along the main aisle. Rosanna remained with us during mass. She was fun to be with, and very knowledgeable! After, Rosanna and Luigi delivered us back to our hotel, but offered to drop us wherever we wanted to go. Can’t say enough good things! Will be using Rosanna again on our next trip to Italy.
