Appalling. My car broke down (please don’t use doyouspain.com) on the way to Marbella (90 minutes before the booking). Being conscientious I called the number listed on my booking to cancel. The operator was extremely unhelpful stating I needed to call the Manuwa office. I asked for a number. But they wouldn’t provide it and hung up. I then found a number on line for Manuwa. They told me they couldn’t help and I had to call the original number. I did and had the same unhelpful conversation. This went on (back and forth phone calls) for 30 minutes. The last call ended with the operator saying I should get a refund, but they would confirm and call back. Surprise surprise I received no phone call and had €100 taken from my account. Please avoid! I even asked for an alternative day and time. Nothing….
Very good sir, first of all we want to make it clear that the reservation was made through MANAWA, a reservation platform, not directly with us, so the payment was made on that platform, we have not received that money, that refund has to be provided by said platform, we clearly explain the procedure, so we do not understand your bad review, we receive tons of customers every day who are very satisfied with our services, we do not see the need for your bad comment towards another car rental company that It has nothing to do with us, but he still mentions it in a review that is for us. Really a nice activity to do with friends. If you like sensations, I can only recommend it. We were also very well supervised, the monitors are always close to us if a problem happened. They also make great photos to keep a beautiful memory of it. We had a great time anyway.

Great jet ski experience with this company for me and my friend recently in Marbella. Would recommend to anyone wanting to have a fun day. They took great photos as well which are available to buy for a small price after the session! I will be returning when I visit marbella again.
Super fun experience in Marbella! Everyone was very accommodating and helpful, especially with it being my first time jet skiing. You get a huge area in the open waters to jet ski as fast (or as slow) as you'd like. They are there watching incase you need any help! Will definitely recommend this experience to friends/anyone looking for something fun to do during a sunny day in Marbella!
