Jeep Sunset by Algarve Mountains

Solnedgångssafarin börjar i Albufeira sent på eftermiddagen, där jeepen möter dig för att njuta av turen tillsammans med erfarna guider som delar med sig av all sin kunskap om regionen, från traditioner, historia, kultur och Algarves vackra landskap. Den största höjdpunkten på denna safari är den fantastiska solnedgången från bergstoppen, som erbjuder en vacker panoramautsikt. Njut av detta magnifika färgspektakel tillsammans med detta oförglömliga ögonblick med ett glas mousserande vin som erbjuds under turen. Längs vägen passerade vi längs lantliga stigar mellan olika fruktträdplantager och korsade byar där vi stannade för att smaka på lokala produkter som honung och jordgubbslikören "Eldvatten".

Mötes- och utgångspunkt för turen. Från Albufeira åker vi för rundturen, vi hittar de traditionella algarvehusen. På vägen kommer vi att se bevattningssystem som används av de gamla bönderna i Algarve och många av dem från romartiden.
Besök på det medeltida slottet, Paderne-slottet är ett av den portugisiska nationalflaggans slott. Slott från den moriska perioden, då araberna fortfarande dominerade Algarve. På denna plats kommer vi att njuta av skönheten runt omkring.
Ett besök i byn Paderne, en traditionell Algarveby där vi kan se dess kyrka och regionala arkitektur.
Ett besök på en lokal producents gård, där vi öppnar dörrarna till vår egendom för en provsmakning av regional honung och lokalt medronho-brännvin. En plats där bonden har sina egna råvaror. Ett besök på denna fantastiska lokala gård inkluderar närvaron av några av de djur som bor på gården. (en plats där du kan köpa lokala produkter utan förpliktelser)
Stanna till där vi kan njuta av vattenfontänerna. En bäck med kristallklart vatten där vi kan svalka oss och bada i dess vatten. (Möjligt när det finns vatten i fontänerna)
Vi passerar genom byn Alte, där vi återigen kan se en traditionell Algarveby. En plats med regionala och lokala butiker, där vi också kan se Portugals magnifika flagga målad på ett berg.
Passage genom Algarve-bergen, där vi kan njuta av den underbara utsikten som Algarve har att erbjuda. Stopp för solnedgången i bergen.

My kids loved the ride in the back of an open jeep (actually an UMM truck) and we were absolutely blown away by the gorgeous sunset A gazillion photos, selfies, pics, snaps,, etc. were taken. The driver was super friendly and accommodating making the entire experience easy to enjoy.
I wanted something memorable to finish off our holiday and we definitely got it! Ru was an amazing host and was witty and informative, whether it was talking about local vegetation or the more historical aspects. It was an exhilarating experience.
It was an absolutely great experience! We had Rui as our guide and amazingly there were only two of us on the tour. He told us a lot and it was very funny! We even got fresh oranges from the tree and the spot for sunset is awesome! Absolute recommendation and worth every cent!
This is the second tour we have taken with Sergio, who is the owner of the tour company and yet again we are glad we did. On this occasion we were able to get entry into the castle, which was closed on our last tour. Sergio is a natural guide and as well as having a lot of knowledge he makes everything fun. Due to the fact that there has been very little rain in the area this year, the waterfall was dry but he filled the gap with other points of interest and we got to visit the Windmill also. We also visited a small farm where we purchased the most fantastic Honey. We feel the trips are excellent value as well as great day out. Thank you Sergio
With Fred we had a very nice tour along many cool places. He knew a lot of the region and could tell things in a fun way. We had a nice day.
We, 18 year olds, with 4 experienced a wonderful day with guide Fred, we were picked up at our apartment where we stayed, which was free. We learned a lot about the region and its history, which sounds boring, but was very interesting, even for us. It was a pleasant ride and the guide was super, thank you very much for this. If we had the chance, we would definitely do it again!
Had a morning trip with Wife and two teens. All of us totally enjoyed the trip. Pick up for our hotel was on time. And our guide for the day José who was great and very informative. We visited the ruins of an old castle, working restored windmill, and even had time to stop off for a refreshing dip. All the time travelling off the beaten track through the countryside. Recommend this trip for anyone who wants to see the real Portugal away from the seaside towns.
Fabulous day out. Half day jeep safari tour to medieval castle ruins (amazing views of countryside), tasting local produce of almonds, honey and oranges from rural farm, beautiful picnic & swim area, and spectacular views of the Algarve countryside from highest point in the hills. Amazing day out for myself and teenage son. Miguel our driver and tour guide made the trip....really nice guy, and very informative. It was like spending the day with one of your close friends. Great character and an asset to your company. Highly recommend this tour.
