Här är din möjlighet att upptäcka det bästa av Madeira. Vi började med att besöka Cabo Girão Viewpoint, en av de högsta utsiktspunkterna i Europa. Vi fortsätter vår resa längs de lantliga stigarna i Lugar de Baixo, längs traditionella jordbruksvägar som tar oss off-road genom Laurissilva-skogen till Paul da Serra-platån. Vi gör ett kort stopp vid en lokal bar där vi visar upp vår traditionella Poncha (valfritt). Vi fortsätter till Fanal, där vi stannar för att observera dess naturpark, där vi kan hitta månghundraåriga träd, dess fauna och flora. Vi fortsätter vår turné och beger oss till Porto Moniz, där vi tar en paus för att prova det lokala köket (lunch), och dra nytta av de naturliga poolerna för ett kort dopp (valfritt). Vi återupptog turnén och passerade genom platser som Ribeira da Janela, Ribeira Funda, Seixal, platser med mycket Madeiras kultur, naturliga stränder, vattenfall, etc. Avslutar vår resa tillbaka till Funchal.

Vår resa på denna sida av ön går genom mytomspunna platser som utsiktsplatsen Cabo Girão, en av de mest kända utsiktsplatserna i Europa med en höjd av 589 meter.
Vi observerade de typiska madeirabanorna, de typiska stigarna för tropiska frukter som bananer, papaya, mango, etc...
Stanna för PONCHA, café, badrum, etc...
Vi åker terräng i lagerskogen med otroliga vyer, endast möjligt med våra 4×4-fordon.
Efteråt börjar vi vår klättring till bergen, där vi stannar vid fanalen för att observera dess skog, där du kan bli förvånad, ha kul, promenera eller koppla av bara genom att observera dess månghundraåriga träd, dess flora och fauna.
Här stannar vi för lunch på en lokal restaurang. Om du vill kan du ta ett dopp i de naturliga poolerna för en unik upplevelse.
Ta en tur för att se den berömda Ribeira da Janela och dess holmar som vetter mot Nordsjön.
Stanna vid den svarta sandstranden i Seixal.
Passerar genom staden São Vicente, möjlighet att observera vattenfallen, smaka på rom och den biologiska mångfalden och vägarna i norr.

Last minute trip but an amazing Fantastic fun day out experiencing everything Madeira has to offer 🥳🎉🕺
Great day out. Picked up and dropped off from the hotel. Friendly knowledgeable guide. The off road bits are not scary no horrible cliff edges. Nice balance with time not being rushed from point to point. 2 hours in porto moniz for lunch and swimming in the lava pools. You get a flavour of life on the west side of the island.
From start to finish our guide and driver Francisco was excellent (definitely deserves a bonus!). Very knowledgable, considerate, and an incredible driver given some of the roads are a bit hairy! All our stops were well thought out and gave us good time to explore and enjoy. Nothing was too much trouble. We rallied with two other jeeps from the same company for the journey and they were good fun too! Excellent company on the ride, and it was just a fantastic experience and opportunity to see the west of the island. *they also offer to book a buffet in Porto Moniz for you. It’s €21 and directly opposite the volcanic rock pools. I’d say it was worth it for taste, time, and getting in the sea quicker! Definitely recommend sturdy shoes, a coat, and swimwear for this trip. You’ll go through a plethora of weather and terrain but it all adds to the fun. Very grateful for a wonderful day out!
Abandoned us on the other side of the island. Was 1.5 hours late to pick us up. Unfortunately this company can not be trusted. Cost us €125 for a return taxi from where they abandoned us.
Fun and informative day out. Can be a bit windy and chilly at the Fanal Forest so a jacket is a good idea.
We enjoyed seeing such varied landscapes from beach to mountains on this tour! If you suffer from motion sickness, take medication ahead of time as climbing the mountain can be hard even inside the Jeep. Up the mountain can be cooler so bring layers and bring money for your stops not included, snacks, lunch and souvenirs.
Absolutely amazing experience! The Jeep Safari 4x4 West Madeira tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole day fun and relaxed. The off-road sections were exciting without ever feeling unsafe, and the views at Porto Moniz, Fanal, and Cabo Girão were breathtaking. We loved the mix of adventure, nature, and local insights. Francisco was a wonderful tour guide. He was very knowledgeable with answering the many questions coming at him. Appreciated every bit of the tour.
