Isla Tortuga Snorkling Tour

Beskrivning

Super nice contact in advance with clear information. On the day itself super nicely received. First snorkeling in two places and then after their own spot on an almost private beach. (And not like the rest on the adjacent stretch where it was super busy with people). Super nice staff who took good care of us with a delicious lunch, drinks and chips. This is also an absolute must, possibly in combination with the bioluminis tour!
Very Knowledgeable throughout the tour and helpful. Definitely recommend a tour with them. Thanks a lot to ecko tours
Amazing little trip with snoring and privet island beach , nice lunch and visit from Bambi 😊 o will definitely recommend!! Super friendly people and chill vibes 👍
Best of my trip to Costa Rica! The deal was wonderful. We arrived without breakfast because we arrived without time and we were offered coffee and cookies with very kindness. We left in the boat to the islands that make up Turtle Island and were explaining everything while we enjoyed the views and a wonderful drive. It was just me and my partner with two guides. A luxury. Then they took us snorkeling and we saw a lot of fish. When we got back on the boat they offered us drinks and took us to a beautiful beach with no people to relax and put us varied fruit and a snack to eat in addition to more drinks. On the way back, I asked them for some snorkeling again and they took me there. When we wanted to come back, surprise came. Our guide spotted a group of dolphins and took us with them! WE WERE WITH THE DOLPHINS WATCHING THEM VERY CLOSE AS THEY INTERACTED WITH OUR BOAT! We'll never forget. Grateful forever with El Gecko Tours. 100% recommended!
If you love boats, swimming and snorkeling this is a definite must do! Our guides showed us beaches, rocks and pelicans before we anchored to snorkel. We tried two spots and were given a lot of time to look at the colourful fish. We were taken to a private beach where we were served fresh fruit, drinks and lunch. They took great care to find an alternative lunch for 2 of us who can’t have gluten. Very much appreciated. We were given the perfect amount of time to explore the beach before we had to head back. We couldn’t speak the same language as our guides and it worked out just fine. We preferred this company as we were not a part of the busy beach and larger groups. Well worth it!
The tour was enjoyable, however the snorkeling equipment is not the best. It was our bad that the sea was too choppy and the waters murky, so we couldn't really snorkel. Nonetheless, my nephews enjoy to the full swimming on the open ocean and the rest of activities. In general, it was a very unique experience.
We were lucky enough to be able to do the tour alone with the two guides (they often only have small groups) It was a great tour on which you can also have your own say. We saw a lot of animals and also had a free dolphin tour! Thank you for this Cool Adventure
Fantastic tour. It was very private with a small group. We were happy to not end up on the busy beach. The two guides were flexible and great.
Inadequate equipment (ice for injuries, child life jacket - only had one) & poor boat management re: waves/speed of boat. Also noted crew’s disregard for seniors (60’s) & children in group, as well as disrespecting wildlife exosystem (tossing leftover sandwiches to wildlife during lunch).
After a 20 minute boat ride to snorkle for 40 minutes, we were dropped off on a beach where we had lunch and were left on the beach for the next 3 hours. After reading about other Tortuga tours we realized how lame this one was, and what a bad choice we made.
