This cute tour was a wonderful treat for my daughter and myself. The bus was adorable, the food was delicious, and the tour guides were extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone that wants to do something a little different than walking around the city following a guide through crowded streets.
Had a lovely time on the bus, lovely afternoon tea, great commentary and good tour 🥰
We had the best time on the bus we did it for my aunties 90th birthday . Our guide Aaron was the best so funny and knowledgeable really made the trip. Sarah and keisha(hope that’s how you spell it) were brilliant tea and scones were plentiful they couldn’t do enough. Dave the driver was great too. Would highly recommend 😊👏👏
We found this short bus tour to be the perfect way to start our three days in Dublin. The route gave us a sense of the city, and snippets of information on key sights were delivered in the most delightful way by a professional, theater-trained guide. Friendly, helpful waitpersons served teas, hot chocolate, and other beverages. There was WAY more than enough food: savory tea sandwiches (the chicken salad is superb), several luscious desserts, plus fresh, warm scones with clotted cream. Tip: Leave yourself some time to visit the St. Stephens area after the bus tour: The park (to the south) is wonderful on a sunny day, and the shops (to the north) are worth checking out. Another tip: the bus tour location is easy to reach via the Luas (tram) Green Line.
This tour was so fun and the perfect way to fight the jet lag on our first day! The food was plentiful and delicious, the guides Niamh, Aaron, Katelynn, and Liam were wonderful, and it was a great easy-going way to get a lay of the land of Dublin!
My wife and I saw this opportunity and wanted to experience a tour around Dublin in a cool, 1960 vintage bus, and it totally delivered! The staff was extremely kind, and the only issue we ran into was that there were fuel protests going on that made it difficult for our bus to navigate the city. The food was delicious, the bus was super neat, and we visited a park right next to the meeting point (Steven’s) that was absolutely breathtaking! On a normal day within Dublin, this short little tour was a lot of fun.
The concept of the vintage bus is cute, campy, and fun. I enjoyed riding the bus BUT the tour and afternoon tea are quite sad. The tea spread was an off putting bunch of grocery store pastries and egg wraps and sandwiches. If you don’t love eggs - there is not much for you. The guided city tour was a hot mess led by two kids who were making up what they said as they went along. The “city tour” consisted of seeing St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Christ Church, and a park. If you want to learn - this is not the tour for you. If you want a proper tea keep looking. 0/0 stars for this tour and tea.
Such a lovely experience on the Vintage 1969 Tea Around Town afternoon tea tour! The food was absolutely excellent, and our tour guides made it even more special—so knowledgeable and genuinely funny, which kept the whole ride light and entertaining. And the takeaway cup is the cutest little souvenir to remember it by. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a charming and unique afternoon!
Great experience with a very kind and informing staff. Only thing we were confused about was that the booking said it would take 90 minutes but it only lasted for 60 minutes, which confused us quite a bit at the end.
The food and service on board was second to none. The cakes were delicious and are made fresh every morning at their bakery. Unlimited tea, coffee, hot chocolate with marshmallows and all sorts of other drinks. The tour guides we had were excellent called Adam and Aaron, the lasy serving the tea Orla was lovely and great bus driver Philip. A must do experience in dublin.
