Exploring Pompeii was an unforgettable experience! The entry ticket process was smooth, convenient, and well organized. Dream Fly Tourism LLC made planning our visit easier, allowing us to enjoy the fascinating ruins, ancient streets, and incredible history without unnecessary stress.
If travelling by train there is limited seating and the signage on arrival is inadequate . The site itself was good and informative the only negatives were there where a lot of people there and large guided groups took over all of the Villas and sites where there was little space making it impossible to see some of the different types of buildings. Again the signage inside the site was minimal. The cafe was packed with not a lot of seating. The toilet facility’s were dirty and there were no toilet seats and hand washing facility’s either had no soap or nothing to dry your hands after washing them. On exiting we were unable to tour the musesum because the large guided party’s case very long queing times. On exit it was difficult to find the train station as we could not see any signage. We were Lucy and found a policeman who pointed us in the right direction. The return journey was difficult as we had to stand all the way back to our station.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your visit. We are glad to hear that you found the site informative, and we appreciate your detailed feedback regarding the signage, crowding, seating, restroom facilities, and access to the museum and train station. Please note that crowd levels, guided groups, train seating, signage, and onsite facilities are managed by the attraction and local transport authorities. However, we fully understand how these issues affected your overall experience, and we will share your feedback with the relevant team where possible. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
A very impressive, huge area; allow plenty of time and wear good footwear.
We booked our Pompeii entry tickets through Dream Fly Tourism LLC, and honestly, it made things really easy for us. The booking was simple, and we didn’t have to worry about figuring everything out at the last minute. Once we arrived, we could just focus on exploring Pompeii and taking in the history. Really happy with the service from Dream Fly Tourism LLC and would use them again.

Visiting Pompeii was an unforgettable experience. Walking through the ancient streets and seeing the remarkably preserved ruins brought history to life. The site is fascinating, atmospheric, and full of incredible details. A memorable experience that I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Italy.
Pompeii was amazing (5 out of 5). I gave a 2 out of 5 as company weren’t very good at giving directions ‘clearly’ to meet our tour guide, so we ended up doing ‘tour’ on our own.
