På denna turné kommer du inte bara att besöka platserna där GOT filmades, utan du kommer också att lära dig om Splits historia. Det är en perfekt kombination för en gammal historia och GOT buff! Din guide är, förutom att vara en erfaren lokal guide, också ett sant GOT-fan som kommer att underhålla dig med intressanta berättelser från inspelningen av serien. Sightseeing börjar i källarna i det monumentala Diocletianus palats. Palatset byggdes år 305 e.Kr. som ett äldreboende för den romerske kejsaren. Hans palats, en UNESCO: s världsarvslista, var grunden för dagens Split. I serien förvandlades Splits gator och källarna i Diocletianus palats till Meereen, staden som Daenerys erövrade och där hon befriade slavarna. På turnén kommer vi att besöka där slagsmålen mellan Unsullieds och Sons of the Harpy filmades, där Daenerys fängslade drakarna och många andra inspelningsplatser. I slutet kommer du att ha möjlighet att sitta på en riktig Throne.

Det är här vi börjar turnén med några berättelser om GOT-filmning i Kroatien och Split
Vi fortsätter vår sightseeing i källarna i det monumentala Diocletianus palats. I serien förvandlades den till Meereen. Entrébiljett ingår inte och du måste betala den vid inträde. Vuxna 7 Eur/per person, barn och seniorer 2,5 Eur/per person

Peristyle är ett vackert torg mitt i palatset. det var en del av ett komplex ägnat åt religion och till dyrkan av Diocletianus.
Vi kommer inte att gå in i museet eftersom scenerna från föreställningen filmades på gatan utanför museet.

Victoria, our guide, was an absolute pleasure. She was as knowledgeable about the palace and Split in general. I would highly recommend this tour. Her photo book helped us remember the game of thrones scenes that were shot in and around the palace. At the end she recommended other places to visit while we were in Split. She made us feel very welcomed.

Excellent tour! Viktoria is very knowledgeable and friendly. She took my family of 4 on a Game of Thrones inspired tour of Split. She knows a lot about GOT and had a book of pictures from the show so we could recall specific scenes as we toured places where the show was filmed. We also learned a lot from her about Split and Croatia! She is fabulous for all ages. Highly recommend!!
Our private tour of Split with Viktoria, our Guide, was brilliant! We were skilfully led around places of interest and areas you would not necessarily find yourselves. Viktoria provided an overview of the City’s incredible history with an impressive depth of knowledge and detail, delivered with enthusiasm and humour. Game of Thrones locations were highlighted and accompanied with salient facts, amusing anecdotes and pictures depicting scenes from the series to jog your memories. Any questions were answered informatively and honestly and as we exchanged personal experiences, were rewarded with an appreciation of Croatia’s history and way of life. Recommendations on where to eat and where to visit inside and around Split made for an all encompassing must do tour with Viktoria, a lovely, intimate and entertaining way to discover a beautiful city and its people.
From the moment we met our guide Viktoia and she outlined our tour, we knew it was going to be a fun ride! We are a family of GOT fans but also enjoy local history of places we visit. She provided us the perfect amalgam of both as she herself is a GOT fan as well as a knowledgeable historian.
