Detta är en privat rundtur, designad för den vanliga turisten som kommer till Varanasi första gången och vill uppleva ett sätt att leva i Indien med hinduism och buddhism. Det inkluderar en båttur på morgonen i gryningen följt av promenad i den gamla staden, Sarnath Tour [Buddhismens födelseplats] och en båttur på kvällen följt av Ganga Aarti. Denna turné har två pauser en efter morgonbåttur för frukost och en annan efter Sarnath Tour för lunch. Obs: Denna turné kan också göras på två dagar. Som första dagen Börja från eftermiddagen Sarnath-tur eller på kvällen börja med Evening Ganga Aarti och nästa dag morgonbåttur följt av gamla stadsvandring och efter frukost Sarnath-tur.

Sarnath: Sarnath i Varanasi, är platsen där Buddha valde att hålla sin första predikan. Det gör Sarnath till en av de mest vördade buddhistiska platserna. Det indiska buddhistiska samhället som kallas Mahabodhi Society har en park runt Buddha-templet. Mahabodhi-templet i parken har en tandrelik från Buddha. Det finns också ett stort område med antika ruiner vid Sarnath. Flera buddhistiska strukturer restes vid Sarnath mellan 300-talet f.Kr. och 1000-talet e.Kr., och idag presenterar det de mest värdefulla ruinerna bland platserna på den buddhistiska stigen. Ashokas lejonhuvudstad vid Sarnath är Indiens nationella emblem, som visas i det arkeologiska museet i Sarnath.
Pelarna i Ashoka är en serie kolumner spridda över hela den indiska subkontinenten, uppförda eller åtminstone inskriven med edikt av den maurianska kejsaren Ashoka under hans regeringstid på 300-talet fvt.
Dhamek Stupa Sarnath markerar platsen där Buddha predikade sitt första meddelande. Byggd av den stora maurianska kungen Ashoka på 3: e århundradet f.Kr.

Had an excellent one day tour - This is really worth every penny. Mr. Indrajeet who manages this was very helpful in arranging additional things that we wanted. Our guide Mr. Vinod ji was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. It is a wonderful experience for sure. Would suggest everyone to go for this. The Ganga Aarti experience, the boat tour across the ghats, the walks in the narrow lanes of Varanasi, visit to the temples around, Sarnath visit and all other parts of the tour was just fantastic.

We were collected from out hotel at 5:30 by Mr Vinit Pandey for firstly a boat ride on the Ganges then spent the remainder of the day visiting the various locations on the agenda. Finishing with another boar ride in the evening which included viewing of the funeral pyres on the ghats on the banks of the Ganges. Found Mr Pandey to a a knowledgeable guide and looked after us very well for the whole day. Recommended.

We only had one day in Varanasi and wanted to see Hindu and Buddhist sites. This was perfect to see everything with a very knowledgeable tour guide.
This was our first trip to Varanasi, and due to flooding on the ghats, our hotel reservation was canceled. We reached out to Mr. Indrajeet for assistance, and even though it wasn't part of our tour package, he went above and beyond to recommend the best area for us to stay, taking into account my mother-in-law’s ankle issues, which made it difficult for her to walk for extended periods. His guidance was spot on. The evening Ganga Aarti and the boat ride were also unforgettable highlights of our trip.

We had a fantastic day exploring Varanasi with our expert guide Vinod. It started in the morning at sunrise on the River, and the guide accommodated all of our choices on activities for the day and scheduling. We ended the day at the very peaceful Sarnath temple ruins. Recommend!

An excellent day. Starting early, I was greeted by Vinod my guide for the day. I was first taken on a boat trip on the Ganga to see the sunrise and many of the Ghats. After a break for breakfast, we visited Sarnath, where I had the history of Buddha explained and taken to the museum and the Stupa which marks where Buddha gave his first Sermon. After a break for lunch I was taken to the Manikarnika Ghat, where the cremation process from death was explained. Finally the Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat for a great finally to the day. Vinod is very knowledgeable and informed me about all we saw and answered all of my questions.
