Upphämtningsplatser och tider
OBS: Upphämtning startar 1 timme före avgång och tar upp till 20 minuter att hämta alla passagerare. Många hotell i Reykjaviks centrum ligger i en avhämtningsfri zon. I sådana fall kommer vi att kontakta dig med en uppdaterad plats och instruktioner. Passagerare på kryssningsfartyg hämtas vid hamnterminalen.

This was a great trip. We had a wide range of riding experience and they were able To accommodate us all! The normal ride is Was perfect for the inexperienced riders and if you have the skill, definitely do the advanced. It was very forward and you really get to experience Tolting!
The staff/family at the farm are super friendly and helpful! The ride does not include any discussion/tour guide type interaction. It was super quiet, with beautiful scenery.
My daughter and I had a fantastic time on this riding tour. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone riders or non-riders alike. All of the horses are so well cared for and kind, which always makes things better for the riders. The group was separated into a beginner and advanced group, which afforded everyone the chance to ride at the level they are comfortable with. We went with the advanced group and had a great time learning to Tolt and was given plenty of opportunity to practice that along paths with beautiful scenery. The pick up and drop off in Reykjavik was so easy and timely. And the communication with Laxnes was great - they responded to all of our pre trip questions quickly so we knew exactly what to expect. I would not hesitate to recommend Laxnes to anyone coming to Iceland who wants to experience the magnificent Icelandic horse.

I loved my horse and found riding the Icelandic horses to be really fun and easy, but I’ve ridden many times before. There was a woman in our group who had never been on a horse before and she wasn’t able to control her horse. Her horse was upset because his girlfriend was left back in the barn and he did not want to go anywhere and the woman was scared. We had to speak to the guides on her behalf to get them to take her reins and guide her along. I felt the guides should have taken her more seriously and helped her sooner without us intervening. If you’ve never been on a horse before, emphasize that you need a gentle, easy horse, otherwise it was a great experience.

Very well organized and I liked that they picked us up at the hotel. Very low stress. I had not been on a horse in many years but I felt safe and well looked after. The scenery was beautiful. Very friendly staff that gave clear instructions.
The weather was perfect so that was a plus. The people were so nice and helpful. Our pickup was right on time. It was a very relaxing ride. I’m not an experienced rider and it wasn’t a problem
Great excursion on a cruise port day in Reykjavik! The farm was gracious enough to accommodate a last minute change on our pick up and drop. The staff at the farm were extremely helpful in determining each rider’s comfort and experience and paring horses accordingly. The horses were great and the trails were beautiful, we enjoyed the scenery. Would highly recommend.
